Woolworth branded water 600ml
I have always bought this water . Since the plastic has changed on the bottles I have noticed that the base of the bottle and the mouth piece gets a black tinge after a couple of refills . Is this safe? I try to conserve wastage by refilling my bottles multiple times . Can somebody please contact me regarding this issue . The old style bottles I could refill many several times with no change . Why do you continually change things to save money and disadvantage the loyal customer. I would like to know if this is safe and what is causing the bottles to go black, this is a major concern to me and my family .
Cleanliness

Hi, I'm writing this complaint not waiting for anything back but only to give feedback on my shopping experience. I went to shop a detergent and a salad to woolworths with my friend, and he went with me to buy some groceries for lunch. I came in, grabbed the things and paid for them. I chose not to print the receipt because I never do it since I don't...

I am complaining about the advertising we are subjected to when going to do a simple task like filling up the petrol! I resent being blasted by irrelevant advertising in which I cannot turn down nor ignore. The only option I have is not to use Woolworths petrol any more As the staff say they cannot turn it down- Obviously you are making money out of this and we have to suffer for it- capitalism at its best - ramming it at us with no option to ignore. I look forward to hearing from you and what your solutions are? Removing would be the best - Thanks jenny
Scanning policy
I was at Woolworths supermarket on Tuesday afternoon and an item scanned incorrectly. I was under the understanding that an item that scanned incorrectly was given to the customer free. Any subsequent item was at the corrected price. I asked the assistant - their response was ‘no because it was free I.e a packet of cheese). I find that an unacceptable response and it makes no sense. I am unable to find any incorrect scanning policy on the supermarket chain website. Please email me your ‘incorrect scanning policy'. Very disappointed with the way I was spoken down to- I probably could have taken it further by asking to speak to the manager however I did not want to ‘make a scene over a small amount- less than $10 and I also believe your policy needs to be clearly communicated to all potential shoppers.
Not sure I will shop there again.
Woolworths chicken korma meal
I have already complained through the Woolworths website 3 times, without any response. I am trying for the last time, before I will make a formal legal complaint.
I was eating a Woolworths Chicken Korma meal when I bit down on 2 pieces of bone that should not have been in the meal. This broke several of my teeth which then required emergency dental treatment.
I require a response and a resolution to this problem immediately.

Staff at this store appear not to know some of your policy
A item was scan wrong and she was unaware that if that happens that you get one of the items free So your staff need to be either informed or have better training re of your policies
Read full review of WoolworthsCheckout operator
Last Sunday 12/01/20, Lavington store North Albury I was rudely spoken to by a checkout operator, as I have an injury to my arm I was finding it difficult to place the soft drink bottle on the counter near the till, she decided to tap the counter several times saying here, here not where I was placing the bottles, then when she rung up the total just told me in an abrupt manner $5.43, no please or anything. Please teach your younger staff a few manners. Thank you

Linda mccartney sausages
Hi, tonight I cooked 3 Linda McCartney's vegetarian red onion and rosemary sausages. Best before date AUG 2020 (501.9. 18:42) with barcode 5 056053 302283.
One sausage contained what appears to be a blue coloured paper type product.
Is this likely to be something harmful if eaten? My wife ate 2 sausages plus part of this sausage before discovering to foreign material.
For now I will freeze and retain the sausage and materials.

Meat
Last night i did my grocery shopping at the Booval store, i purchased 2x pack of chicken thighs. I got home to cook my chicken only to discover the chicken was rotten.
I paid full price it was not on sale.
I wasn't happy, as I now need to go buy dinner to feed the family and need to try and get the smell out of my house.
I frozen the chicken so I could return it to the store today.
Today, I refurned the chicken and received back what I paid for the items. I found the staff response quite poor, so I then entered the store myself to ensure there were no more on the shelf.
Much to my surprise there was. I advised the person in the meat section and showed him the rotten chicken on the shelf (green). He agreed then removed it from the shelf.
I really think you need change packaging or increase monitoring.
Someone could end up seriously ill.
Credit and handy cards declined
On Tuesday 7 January 2020 my credit card was declined. Luckily, I had some cash in the wallet. After paying for the items I went to Westpac, where the credit card was OK. Funny it did not work at Woolies in Manjimup.
Then today (10 January 2020) at about 9.45am Woolies in Manjimup declined a credit card and a handy card. I got a new Hany card on Wedes and so I tried it the Westpac outside machine and it worked fine but not at Woolies. Why.
After Woolies declined 2 of my cards, I went to Dunnings where the Hany card worked well and I got some fuel! After that I went to West[ac Manjimup where I told the cashier the story and what happened to me at Woolworths, Manjimup. According to trhe cashier maybe the Woolies terminals do not connect correctly.
My credit card has more than $10, 000 and Handy Card account has more than $7000 to draw from. So it seems strange that all the problems relate to Woolworths, Majimup. I was embarrassed to say the least when one card and then both cards were declined!

I have been shopping at Woolworth Beldon WA for over 20 years and have found the staff very courteous and friendly but at the moment there is a front end controller who is not very friendly her name is Myrna and she has been there for about 3 months. On the 8th of January 2020, I headed into Woolworths in Westlands Whyalla South Australia at about 7:30 headed to the Deli. Asked politely if the woman working could slice me some meat that was not on show. The worker then says she can't slice me it and begins to rudely say she doesn't have enough time and she is the only one on, in the end she decided she...

I dropped in to my local woolworths after work to buy a family size potato top pie, as there were none available I purchased the next best thing a beef and potato pie.
Well when I sliced it to serve I was shocked to see that the filling was 99% potato!
Where the heck was the beef?
I could have just made mashed potato for dinner and saved my money. Very disappointing and did not have a happy family at the dinner table.
Pic below is loaded upside down for.some reason but u can see the thin line of what looks like meat brushed on the pastry base.

Overcharging for chicken after being told 2 days previously the price was incorrect
Two days ago I went thru self serve and realised the chicken drumsticks were charged at $4 a kilo. I just wanted to be charged the right price so I got them to do a price check. They came back after checking the price, got my chicken and took it away to get corrected. I then paid for it and headed home. Today, two days later I purchased 2 more kilos of...

Date: 3 January 2020
Today I needed a rack of lamb. I was told the only person who could cut a rack of lamb was at lunch so I would have to wait 45 minutes.
This is not the first issue I've had with Woolworths Beecroft meat section.
Previously I've had prepackaged veal that is absolute rubbish and diced lamb was not available on another occasion.
I spoke with Chris, the manage, who came across as if he "couldn't care less" and told me the only option was to wait until the butcher returned from lunch. Well rest assured I left my half full shopping trolley with Chris and drove to the next suburb, Pennant Hills, and did my shopping there.
Shortly after Woolworths opened in Beecroft the village butcher went out of business. A butcher who gave great service and always had what we needed.
Woolworths has had plenty of time to get the meat section right and has failed completely.
I would be very surprised if Woolworths responds at all to my complaint.
