It's been so long since this has happened and I was unable to get in touch with anyone who cared that I erased my original complaint.
Needless to say, the customer service was crap, rooms were nasty and the whole hotel smelled terrible. Never again.
Plus, the emails I received from you did not have any way of replying back to you as I couldn't send a reply, I don't have a whatsap number and your bio link never did work until now.
