WoodSprings Suites review: The overall stay - poor

The hotel staff from 3pm to 11pm was unhelpful. I had a neighbor who was directly next door blast his music for a straight hour. I went downstairs to complain since the hour was late and the man at the desk acted non-chalant and said that he would go up to the room I complained about soon. He never went to the room. Needless to say the noice continued. I feel like we all paid to be there so one person should not highjack every boy else's night. The room was subpar at best. Filth carpet and bathtub. Discount sites say the hotel is highly booked. Maybe on price alone, but it I am wondering about repeat customers. I would give this motel a 2/5. The luggge carts all had flat tires, no lamps in the room, air-conditioning overpowered the TV volume. My room door was sticking, had to nearly kick it in to open it, plus the poor front desk employee who worked on May 30 in the 9pm hour, just plain sucked! Steer clear or read the reviews before booking. This hotel is misleading. I am sure AI will play this hotel up, but save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.
