Whirlpool review: Whirlpoolparts.com

I placed an Order at 3:59pm 2/27/26, tried to cancel the order starting at 4:30pm up until 4:59pm since they advertise that you can cancel your order within 1 hour. This is not the case. I tried to cancel the order on the website, but it states that it can't be cancelled. I've tried the live chat option, never got a person, I've emailed customer service, I've also been on hold this entire time trying to call customer service to cancel but still have not gotten a human on the other end. It's only a 40.00 part, that can be gotten on amazon for 8.00 dollars. It's the principle of the whole situation of not being able to talk to a person to actually cancel the order. I will never recommend a whirlpool appliance after this issue which could have easily been solved, as this will also be put on social media
