I purchased the above referenced refrigerator which was delivered by Lowe's on February 20th. After the basic installation, the refrigerator rolls forward each time I open a door. I contacted Lowe's and they sent technicians to remedy the issue. They told me this model as no legs/brakes to stop the wheels from rolling forward...the only solution is to recess the wheels completely so the metal on the bottom is on the floor, which prevents the fridge from being moved at all. I am very unhappy with this situation. It is a safety hazard for all using it, especially young children. I would like a resolution.

Desired outcome: I would like a suggestion of how we can resolve this issue. If it involves buying items to use to secure the wheels like rubber stops or something similar, I expect Whirlpool to cover that cost.
