I bought a whirlpool washer because i have a whirlpool dryer. I wanted them
to be the same brand. I did not get the extended warranty. So, I had the washer One Year and a Half and Of course Junk. I will never buy whirlpool again. I called and I was on hold for over 1 hour. Finally, some answer told me the model number was defected. They said they can send a service person and If it was the defected part they would cover it and If not, I would be responsible for the bill. Why should I waste more of my time with whirlpool.
I have purchased all whirlpool appliances for my kitchen before this problem. I will never buy any whirlpool products again. Stay far away from Whirlpool.
