Bought a Whirlpool washer model# WTW4816FW3 Serial # CC3405457 front loading. Was purchased for a summer home used infrequently, possibly less than two dozen times in a 12 months. Washer stopped working, makes grinding noise and has to be unplugged to stop. Whirlpool says it's a known problem, assigns a time and date for an authorized repair. Company calls and say can't get board on back order, will call when part gets in. The part is sold on Amazon as well as Ebay by several sellers. Repair company won't purchase part from other dealers. 4 weeks no washer, no repair. No help from Whirlpool, so sorry can't change repair company or even compensate for DYI part repair. Never again, will spend more money and buy Speed Queen next time.

Recommendation: Don't buy from these people they don't care.
