82 year old mother purchased washer Serial #: CD3101315
Model #: MVW7230HW1 November 5, 2024 - September 20,2025 it quite - only showing flashing lights etc. Repair man can 7 days later said it needed a new panel - that was the last anyone has ever contacted her (or me) We have placed 42 calls - being on hold a total of 37 hours) and been told many things - they would order the part it needed, if it didnt arrive within 10 days they would replace the washer - that was 32 days ago - every representative we speak with now says it hasnt been 10 days yet! It has now ben 61 days and over 14 representatives have not provided one bit of support or a solution.
