My Whirlpool hot water heater is only 2-3 years old. I've had a plumber come to take out the anode rod. The man can't get the thing to budge! This plumber called Whirlpool, who admitted, that there is a problem with the anode rod. I feel Whirlpool should, either replace the water heater or pay for it to be fixed. I'm on a limited income and can't afford the payments a plumber charges. I have received a paper for a law suit against Whirlpool for the gas dryers, which I have. I wish I had researched Whirlpool products beforehand. I am so angry that they don't stand behind their defective products, which is surely bad for business. I would like to know what I, as a consumer, can do to right this wrong. Any help with this situation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
