They said they had something in stock, but it turned out to be discontinued. And when they did send something, it was the wrong thing. I had to complain to PayPal more than once to get my money back. The AcOutlet is trying to pass off their damaged goods on their shippers when they know damn good and well they have not inspected what is in the box that came from southeast Asia or China or anywhere else.

My condensing unit weighs 172# and the box says you can stack 3 high - this is how they come from China. The fan coil unit weighs 30# and stacks 11 high. I guarantee there will be folks that get the bottom units - and they will be damaged. If you are considering a purchase with TheACOutlet, the only way you will be certain of not losing money due to damage is DO NOT LET THE DRIVER LEAVE UNTIL YOU UNPACK AND GO OVER EVERYTHING WITH A FINE TOOTH COMB! Anything less will get you a " can't help ya " from TheACOutlet. If the shipper did not damage your unit, they will have to fight that out with TheACOutlet- but you should get reimbursed by the freight company (hopefully).
