Whataburger review: Huge disappointment

I went to whataburger in Brandon, Fl (store #1689). There was only one good thing about the whole experience the raspberry tea in the fountain machine. I waited at least 20+ minutes to get my food and that was only after I went up to the register 3 different times to ask about the food. The food was cold, the onion rings were greasy and cold and did not taste like onions. The burger bun is big (kind of like the size of the whopper bun) so you think your getting this huge burger. The burger was a small burger and covered less than 50% of the bun. It feels like a big hamburger but it is all lettuce and a teeny burger. There are no condiments accessible to the customers...supposedly someone comes around and offers you condiments (like a waiter/waitress)...well if they can't get the food out in reasonable time...chances are they won't be able to circulate with the condiments. I went up to the register for the 4th time to get the ketchup. It would have been nice to have access to the mustard but by now my lunch hour was over and the food was even more cold.
It was a terrible experience and I will never go back. If I could I would give zero stars.
