Wendy’s

I am writing about your West Charleston store in Las Vegas, NV. I have been to many Wendy's Restaurants and have never experienced anything even close to this. My husband accidentally spilled a soda. He went to get some napkins, there were none. I went to the counter and asked for some napkins and was told they were out there. I thought maybe my husband missed seeing them, there were none. I went back to the counter and asked a different employee, I also asked for a paper towel or something to wipe up the soda, she said somebody would come and clean it up. The first employee finally came out and filled the napkin holder, Slammed the cabinet door and gave me a dirty look. No one EVER came to wipe up the wet table. I know that Wendy's prided itself on good customer service, your customers are not getting it at this location.
