Walmart review: Took my merchandise to the wrong address. Never received order.

On December 1, 2025, I placed an order for a gameboy for my grandchild. It was supposed to be delivered on Thursday, December 4, 2025. Kept getting alerts saying that it will be delivered late by 8pm on that day. Then it never came. Got alerts on Friday, which said it was delayed but will come by 8 again. At 5:35pm, received a message that it was delivered. They delivered it at the WRONG ADDRESS AND TOOK A PICTURE (of somebody else house). I had the porch light on; they just left my merchandise at the wrong house. I WILL NEVER have something delivered by Walmart again! My grandchild was highly disappointed and so was I. Unprofessionalism at its best!

Claimed loss: THERE IS NO AMOUNT COULD BE GIVEN FOR A DISAPPOINTED CHILD! I PROMISED THIS TO HER AND WE WERE EXPECTING IT.

Desired outcome: SEND ME WHAT I ORDERED! IT WAS NOT IN THE STORE AND I AM AFRAID TO FOOL WITH THEIR DELIVERY SERVICE AGAIN!
