I have placed a order at walmart online for a certain nascar diecast car, I have ordered this for at least 30 times and gotten nothing but excuses about why I have not gotten this car yet. Chatting and calling their customer service is useless, those people could not help a old lady across the street. If you try to call them or chat with them be prepared not to get much help.

Recommendation: avoid

Called 14 times while waiting to pick up my order at Walmart pickup and no one will answer the phone. I am the only customer there and they just ignore me. After 30 min. I have to go bang on the door and then they act like I am the problem and give me attitude. This has happened multiple times, last time I called 22 times before I had to get out of the car and walk up to the door and the door is open with multiple employees standing around, I can hear the phone ringing and as I hang up their phone stops ringing. The customer does not matter at Walmart's 3rd world supercenter.
