Walmart's Motorized carts, intended to assist customers with mobility challenges, including the elderly and individuals with disabilities, are not being repaired at this location (Store #1261). If a company is going to offer a service, it should be consistent across all locations. There used to be eight of these motorized carts for customers with mobility issues at this location. Then, over the last few months, it was reduced to just two carts. The door greeter said they have mentioned the situation to management, but nothing is being done about it.

I am a Walmart Plus member, but when I needed to return an item, I was instructed online that I had to take the merchandise into the store. It has been over a month since I attempted to go in. I went in, and one of the two was no longer working, and I did not see the other one. On July 17, 2025, the Walmart greeter advised me to contact corporate, but I was unable to do so. All I could do was talk to a customer service representative named Angel, whom I contacted on July 22, 2025. She said she would forward my complaint to the proper people. However, there is no verification that she did this, or was I just getting lip service?

DISPARATE TREATMENT: Either provide this service to all areas or none at all. Furthermore, if you are no longer going to fix your cars or provide this service, I should receive a refund for my Walmart Membership. I will take my business elsewhere if you don't want to provide this service to disabled individuals.

Desired outcome: Repair existing motorized carts. These carts play a crucial role in assisting customers with mobility challenges, or discontinue offering motorized carts at any location, as this appears to be disparate treatment based on location.
