Been using Walmart delivery (spark) for a year now. Mostly a good experience if I pay extra and tip well. But last 3 deliveries have been less than desirable. Third from last delivery I tracked my order and watched my delivery person sit in a fast food parking lot for 3 hours with my perishables in her car. Second from last delivery (Sarah) proceeded to tell me how much she hates my neighbors and all about her family issues. Last delivery (also Sara), ignored my messages about substitutions and chose to just not deliver my item because, well, she just didn't feel like putting in the extra 30 seconds, despite a 20% tip on a 50 dollar order consisting of 3 bags and a 5 minute drive.

Recommendation: Refuse deliveries by anyone named Sara.
