I received order: on 7/19/12 via FEDX. . As I was setting up the unit and becoming familar with it. I went to the movie section and found a PRE-INSTALL pornography installed on the unit showing a couple having sex. I called my local WalMart, Pouslbo, Washington. There was nothing they can do, since I brought it online.
I called [protected] and the associate could not do anything for me, but say "I am sorry". WalMart is supposed to be a "family value" store.
I am willing to work with Walmart. I do not want to have to expose this to the local news media or hire an attorney. This is unsat. I will hold on to the unit as evidence. I am afraid millions of buyers may have this problem and the manufacture need to made aware of this ASAP. I spoke with a supervisor Ashley of the North West call center, AL. She said nothing can be done and will have to pass this information on. She wanted me to accept a full refund or replacement.
I feel to resolve this matter, WalMart should give me a full refund, also as gesture of goodwill give me a notebook computer for my problems or a netbook. I will hold on to the unit as evidence and would like to hear back within 10 business from date 7/23/12. I do not want to contact the attorney general office or an attorney, but something has to be done.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

What's the point of getting it replaced? Having a hard drive with no porn? You can do that right now, by deleting the file.

So go ahead and harass the minimum wage walmart workers, if it's the only thing that will make you feel better. But don't expect a free computer.
First of all, movies are not installed. They're a file that is stored on the hard drive.
Second of all, there is nothing wrong with the device. Some prankster put porn on your new computer, it's not really that big of a deal. The computer still works, and there's nothing faulty with it, so you aren't deserving of a refund of replacement. All you need to do is delete the file and stop making everyone else in the work miserable.

A refund and apology is certainly in order, but giving you a free computer? That's says more about greed than it does being offended.
This is so terrible, they should give you a free CAR to make up for all your aggravation. Think big.
