Hard lesson learned: never ever select "pickup at store", always have your order delivered to your address or to be picked up at the delivery carrier's location. According to tracking, my online order arrived at the store pickup location 9 days ago and still hasn't been processed to be ready for pickup! At the store customer service counter 3 days ago, I'm told that I just have to wait for the 'ready-to-pickup' notice and gawd only knows when that'll be. This never happened with Hudson's Bay or any other store I've ever shopped online from. Pathetic...

Recommendation: Always have your order delivered to your address
