You are making your employee's stand on concrete for up to 8 hours a day without any kind of padding to stand on! Very bad for their bodies. I just talked with one of your employees and asked where their foot pad was. They said, customers were complaining that they had them. So management took them away. Are you kidding me right now? isn't their body important? GIVE IT BACK! Your women's bathroom seams to have a bomb set of more often then not. No, this isn't your employee's fault, but dang, clean it up more often.
