My entire online pickup order

I go to the store, associate says they haven't had that brand (black web) in over a year and they only have this $24.97 version. What a sales ploy that is. The Walmart cutomer service over the phone was terrible. It was the worst experience I ever had related to customer service.
Walmart price adjustment policy is very unclear and misleading. I believe that it is false advertising. On their website they said:
Within 30 days (with receipt), if a customer has purchased an item from any Walmart store that is now offered at a lower Walmart price, the store will refund the difference of the price for the customer. Important: the refund excludes items that are on Clearance.
I placed the order on Oct 28, 2020. I realized the price of the product went down on Nov 27, 2020. I called them but the line was so busy, so finally I was able to connected them via Chat on Nov 29, 2020. The rep checked my order number and checked the product current price that time. But the rep realized that the product link was gone. I told the rep I had a screen shot of the product on Nov 27, 2020. The rep told me that is good enough. So, the rep told me to email the screen shot and detail explanation, and provide me an email address that you can't find on their website.
I sent email right after the chat. I received the automatic response saying that they'll response within 3-4 days. They didn't contact me until today (Dec 16, 2020).
I decided to call them. I talked the rep about the price adjustment over the phone. She put me on hold to check the email that I sent them. Then she disappeared and suddenly the line changed to survey, so I called them again. The other rep named Shashank doesn't understand or have any knowledge about the price adjustment policy. He kept put me on hold and advised me same thing that he can't find link of the product, so he can't issue the price adjustment.
Therefore, I insisted to talk to his supervisor. After more than 30 mins pause, I finally talked to the supervisor named Ian Richter. He put me on hold again to check the email. He advised me the whole different story. He can't do anythithng because the order was placed on Oct 28 and email sent on Nov 29. (I received the order Nov 3.)
It seems it didn't matter how much I argue or explain. They tried to avoid me to by hangging up the phone, putting me an long waiting, and finding the excuse not to refund the difference.
I believe that it is their strategy to avoid customers who requested the price adjustment as much as they could.
Their customer service is very unprofessional and deceiving. Their price adjustment policy is very vague, so they could manipulate the policy. It is false advertising to lure customers.
I do hope they keep their promise and stick to their advise.

I went to the Walmart in Hanover Pa on Eisenhower dr. I had to Pick up some pictures I had sent in via Walmart.com. When I got there the line was a two hr. wait. I Waited to get my important pictures 2 hrs and when i got to the from they told me they where not ready . Now I had already got the email that said they where ready. They told me to wait in line and come back later. Then next day i want and waited again . This time when i got to the front of the 2 hr. line there still where not ready not even printed.
The next day i went back 2 hr. wait and still not printed. This time she did say to go and come back in 30 min she will print them now, to make a long story short i was their for 4 hrs. to get 60 pictures done. And this was my third time . I eventually got all 3 packs of my pictures and spent full price around 35 dollars. And the prints are not even that good.

I had my aunt go to walmart and see that the magazines looked funky. I went there before and I had them always looking wrong. I don't know if they don't clean up after themselves or why there not organized but they are not always on the shelves looking good. I am making a complaint because they should do something about that!!!

In store customer service
I tried to call the store to ask for a certain item in the electronics area, and no one answered the 2 times I tried, then was sent to customer server and then was told "hold on". After that I was put on hold for a full 3 hours and they have never came back to help me out. Now am stressed and tired. Really was hoping the people that worked at that walmart was more professional.

My nephew Cody Ushry has been working at Walmart for over 4 years. He has mental disabilities and has managed to maintain employment at Walmart for an impressive amount of time. We have made complaints regarding the manager not giving him hours but hiring new staff in the same position as his. It got better and now it has gotten worse. I have been told by other staff working there that this manager is racist and I believe this to be true. She is actively discriminating against my nephew and other African American staff. The manager is also biased towards certain staff due to personal reasons that has nothing to do with Walmart's standards. I know that this is not who Walmart wants to represent them. I feel like I need to stand up for my nephew and anyone who is being discriminated against. My nephew has had 5 hours in the past two weeks. For an employee who has been working there for that amount of time these hours are a slap in the face to him and anyone with disabilities. I am not asking for special treatment just for someone to look into this situation for me and that my nephew is treated fairly.

After calling the number it told me either the check is too old or I never cashed with them before. I am 67 and I was persistent and kept going in to talk and the managers liked me and out of 450 people they picked me but I was run out by the night shift people by not giving me knee pads and other things and I was the laughing stock. I went in next night and the same all others had knee pads but not me. I was sent back out into the aisles on my knees on the cement again and other coworker walks down our aisle and laughs "dey dont give you no knee pads?!" all others had them but not me. I saw a box of them in the office during interview but night shift boss said "it may take a couple weeks". I then clocked out and left. That is only one detail. I was run out because of age and because the night people feared possibly I was being groomed or something to be their boss and they ran me out before I could get a foothold. I simply was desperate for work since nobody will touch me because of age and cannot make ends meet. I worked like hell that first shift and they saw it which likely made them even more nervous.

I woke up this morning to an e-mail stating my order was on it's way. Funny thing, I had not ordered anything. I look at the order and the charge, it was for 2 gift cards for 50 dollars. I do not know how this purchase was made, who made it, or if it was even legit. My card had been saved on my Walmart account. Even if it wasn't their fault the order should have not been placed with out the CSV code from the back of the card. If they would have asked for that this would have not happened. Regardless I had to lock my credit card and am now broke till a replacement comes. This should have not happened.
