Walmart Online order

I am extremely disappointed with my Wal-Mart online order i ordered a Sceptre 43 inch Tv on Dec. 19 2020 . Received an email confirmation and estimate delivery date of Dec.26, was excited to possibly get it that soon, well when the order didn't show up, i thought, hey it's the holiday season, no big deal . I thought it would probably come the next week ... no delivery . I thought ok well its busy I understand, surely it will come the week of Of Dec 27- jan2 2021... no delivery, it was on sale for the holidays at 148.00 plus shipping which was 158.00, great price, then today Jan 7 called customer service and was told the order was LOST and since that tv was lost it was now out of stock so we would have to order another tv or be reinbursed, i feel like if the order was lost, why should we have to order the same product that was out of stock and have to pay another 23 dollars because we already paid for the tv ! I will never order from walmart again!

Walmart Policy on returns!

I ordered a gift set for Christmas. I want to return it but all I get is the run around.It was purchased thur Walmart Market Place. But the store will not return nor refund my price of 18.29. I have contacted the company no response.

Walmart Grocery delivery and customer service

I ordered and prepaid for my groceries the day before ny eve - as you know the banks and everything will be closed the next day. They had a system glitch that changed my order from delivery to pick up - I called and so they cancelled it and then tried to charge me again after acknowledging that it was their fault. They refused to let me speak to a manager and then the manager sent a message saying that she told everyone not to answer my call! This is an outrage!
The manager's name is Virginia. The customer service rep is Kelly. I am putting this everywhere

Walmart buying online

I tried to purchase a $135 order on line making sure that what I purchased everything that would ship free. When I got done it said that some Christmas lights I purchased were f$9.99 shipping.
So I eliminated that order. and it turned it around and put the $9.99 charge on a car charger adapter this time. So I then eliminated that one and it put the $9.99 charge on something else.
WHY?
Then I tried to talk to a supervisor. And they were supposed to call me back in a half hour. I waited an hour and no call. and then I tried it again and they told they would call right back. But refused to call me on my double line phone. So I waited again no call back.
This happened just prior 2 pm EST 12/30/2020 if you want to check. My number is [protected].
And everyone I talked to did not listen to me and kept telling me that if I tried to purchase something that was charged shipping I would be charged. This was not the case. I ordered nothing that was charged shipping.
I want a return call explaining to me the reason for this!

Desired outcome: To not be charged and 2 that you teach your agents to listen to people instead of guessing the wrong answer.

Walmart Website

Website is never updated. I viewed on line that our store in Palm Coast, Fl had 5 of this particular item i needed. AV to HDMI converter Cost was $9.97. I go to the store, associate says they haven't had that brand (black web) in over a year and they only have this $24.97 version. What a sales ploy that is. Get me all the way to the store to have to pay over twice. No wonder Amazon does so well. No thank you! Never again !

Walmart Price adjustment policy

The Walmart cutomer service over the phone was terrible. It was the worst experience I ever had related to customer service.

Walmart price adjustment policy is very unclear and misleading. I believe that it is false advertising. On their website they said:
Within 30 days (with receipt), if a customer has purchased an item from any Walmart store that is now offered at a lower Walmart price, the store will refund the difference of the price for the customer. Important: the refund excludes items that are on Clearance.

I placed the order on Oct 28, 2020. I realized the price of the product went down on Nov 27, 2020. I called them but the line was so busy, so finally I was able to connected them via Chat on Nov 29, 2020. The rep checked my order number and checked the product current price that time. But the rep realized that the product link was gone. I told the rep I had a screen shot of the product on Nov 27, 2020. The rep told me that is good enough. So, the rep told me to email the screen shot and detail explanation, and provide me an email address that you can't find on their website.

I sent email right after the chat. I received the automatic response saying that they'll response within 3-4 days. They didn't contact me until today (Dec 16, 2020).

I decided to call them. I talked the rep about the price adjustment over the phone. She put me on hold to check the email that I sent them. Then she disappeared and suddenly the line changed to survey, so I called them again. The other rep named Shashank doesn't understand or have any knowledge about the price adjustment policy. He kept put me on hold and advised me same thing that he can't find link of the product, so he can't issue the price adjustment.

Therefore, I insisted to talk to his supervisor. After more than 30 mins pause, I finally talked to the supervisor named Ian Richter. He put me on hold again to check the email. He advised me the whole different story. He can't do anythithng because the order was placed on Oct 28 and email sent on Nov 29. (I received the order Nov 3.)

It seems it didn't matter how much I argue or explain. They tried to avoid me to by hangging up the phone, putting me an long waiting, and finding the excuse not to refund the difference.

I believe that it is their strategy to avoid customers who requested the price adjustment as much as they could.

Their customer service is very unprofessional and deceiving. Their price adjustment policy is very vague, so they could manipulate the policy. It is false advertising to lure customers.

I do hope they keep their promise and stick to their advise.

Walmart Photo Center

I went to the Walmart in Hanover Pa on Eisenhower dr. I had to Pick up some pictures I had sent in via Walmart.com. When I got there the line was a two hr. wait. I Waited to get my important pictures 2 hrs and when i got to the from they told me they where not ready . Now I had already got the email that said they where ready. They told me to wait in line and come back later. Then next day i want and waited again . This time when i got to the front of the 2 hr. line there still where not ready not even printed.
The next day i went back 2 hr. wait and still not printed. This time she did say to go and come back in 30 min she will print them now, to make a long story short i was their for 4 hrs. to get 60 pictures done. And this was my third time . I eventually got all 3 packs of my pictures and spent full price around 35 dollars. And the prints are not even that good.

I had my aunt go to walmart and see that the magazines looked funky. I went there before and I had them always looking wrong. I don't know if they don't clean up after themselves or why there not organized but they are not always on the shelves looking good. I am making a complaint because they should do something about that!!!

Frozen salmon is horrible. Does not taste like salmon. Looks weird inside. I would like a refund but already cooked one piece. This should not be called salmon. Not even fish!!! I guess I will have to throw this in the trash. I will never buy fish from walmart again. I would like my $6.98 refunded but I doubt that walmart cares or will refund it.

I tried to call the store to ask for a certain item in the electronics area, and no one answered the 2 times I tried, then was sent to customer server and then was told "hold on". After that I was put on hold for a full 3 hours and they have never came back to help me out. Now am stressed and tired. Really was hoping the people that worked at that walmart was more professional.

Walmart Manager

My nephew Cody Ushry has been working at Walmart for over 4 years. He has mental disabilities and has managed to maintain employment at Walmart for an impressive amount of time. We have made complaints regarding the manager not giving him hours but hiring new staff in the same position as his. It got better and now it has gotten worse. I have been told by other staff working there that this manager is racist and I believe this to be true. She is actively discriminating against my nephew and other African American staff. The manager is also biased towards certain staff due to personal reasons that has nothing to do with Walmart's standards. I know that this is not who Walmart wants to represent them. I feel like I need to stand up for my nephew and anyone who is being discriminated against. My nephew has had 5 hours in the past two weeks. For an employee who has been working there for that amount of time these hours are a slap in the face to him and anyone with disabilities. I am not asking for special treatment just for someone to look into this situation for me and that my nephew is treated fairly.

Walmart Check cashing

I recently went to Walmart to cash a check I got from the Government. They said they couldn't cash it and gave me a number to call. After calling the number it told me either the check is too old or I never cashed with them before. My check is definitely not that old so because I have never cashed a check at Walmart they refused to cash it. Walmart charges a lower fee than anywhere else. It's a shame that Walmart rips people off and gets away with it.
