Walmart not haveing products

the walmart at pittburgh mills has products then they just stop getting them and I know they sell well because they sell out quickly. great value pizzas they were 4 in a box for like 4.99 great value french vallina ice cream kens steakhouse Italian salad dressing old elpaso chicken fajita seasoning and sugar snap peas .. these are just a few items I have noticed ... so now I do 75 % at other stores that carry these products ... time to get people in management that know what they are doing ...

Desired outcome: get these products in the store keep stuff that people want

Walmart Racial bullying among employees

I'm not sure how to write this other than coming right on out and explaining it the best way I know how.

Store 2908 has a racial bullying issue. Normally we hear stories about Whites bullying Blacks, but we never hear about the reverse, which occurs just as often, if not more often. In this particular store a white employee is being punished just for being White. Here's what happened ...

A black employee is walking around in the store and suddenly says, "B-word A-word N-word" (hope you can figure that out, trying to keep this G-rated). This black employee walks over to another isle and asks a white employee, "Did you hear what I said?"

The white employee replies, "Yeah. You said, 'B-word A-word N-word.'"

The black employee laughs and goes to another isle where another black employee is working.

Suddenly the 2nd black employee comes over to the isle where the white employee is working and says, "I can't believe you said that. If I weren't on the clock I would beat your A-word." - and throughout the remaining work day, this 2nd black employee threatened the white employee with bodily harm 2 additional times afterward.

The 2nd black employee had the nerve to pull the race-card stunt and complain to store management.

It sounds like a setup with an agenda of it's own, but I digress.

This incident has already been reported to Home Office. Store management has no clue what to do, but for some strange reason they decide to punish the white employee with work area restrictions while allowing the 2 black employees to continue working normally unrestricted. I do NOT see how anybody would view that as fair. This Is Racial Bullying! No Doubt About It!

Back in the day of normal times, whether or not there was a misunderstanding, any employee threatening another employee with bodily harm was immediately terminated! There was no waiting on Home Office to send store management instructions. Store management already had the brains and gonads to do the right thing.

But these days and times, management is afraid to punish black employees for fear of racial lawsuits. Black employees can now steal from the store, use dirty language all day, threaten to beat up white employees for no rational reason, and keep their job without any restrictions.

Just because white employees are usually easier to shove around doesn't mean it's okay to do so.

Why is it that black employees can use the N-word all day amongst themselves, but a white employee isn't allowed to utter it while answering a black employee's question? Don't you think this is kind of weird? Do you not think this is racism too? This is NOT okay!

Desired outcome: Be more aware of Racial Bullying in both directions. React more appropriately equally while the investigation is underway. Above all, stop favoring a particular race out of fear!

Walmart Receipt issues

Purchased about one hundred dollars worth of merchandise from the store located in Roanoke Virginia, I used a self checkout station with a camera recording my purchase and the help I requested with the purchase from an associate. The security guard stopped me at the door and demanded to see my paperwork for the purchase, I told them I choose not to provide it again. The temporary detained me and my wife, blocked our paths to leave and belittled us for ten minutes. I told them if the continued I would file a police report, we were recorded during the shopping trip from start to finish of this purchase in to be accused of stealing and told we were not welcomed back in the store. This is wrong in so many ways.

Desired outcome: Employees should be properly trained in how to treat customers right, this employee should be terminated for his actions in this case.

Walmart Walmart Grocery Orders Never Received in 2020 with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AVAILABLE

Walmart Grocery owes me just short of a thousand dollars so I will not give up on getting refunds for deliveries that never came. It was during Covid so things were hectic. That said, I contacted Walmart Customer Service any and every way I could and still could not get help. It's been two years and they have put more customer service reps in place, however, they can only refund orders of the last 6mos. Order nos. are: [protected]; [protected]; [protected]; [protected]; [protected]; [protected].

Desired outcome: Refund of $999.11, or I will be forced to file a small claims lawsuit.

I am a very successful business owner in Jacksonville Fla I came in your store to exchange a blender., the cashier stated that I couldn't return or exchange the blender because it was over 50 dollars and the store policy is that you cant exchange or return with out a reciept or the card that was used to purchase it. I ask to see the store manger her name...

Walmart Online orders and several policy procedures

I shop at Walmart because it's very close to my home. The procedures implemented have been contrary to the customer, and very much inconvenient.

I placed an order online, and put "DO NOT SUBSTITUTE", before I place the order. When I picked up the order there were substitutes, another annoying this is for pick up of an order, I had to walk all the way around the building.

You had a system before, right out from customer service, you put in your order number, and they would pull it and deliver to you. Now there some flaws with this system, but it was a hella lot better than what you have in place now. You state that you value the customer, and customer service is you primary concern, the actions that you have in place exemplifies just the opposite. I ride the bus, PLUS I HAVE A HANDICAP. I do not have a car, yet every salesperson I spoke with stated "you drive around, I told them I don't drive. Your people have a problem with conflict resolution and are very rude. WHAT TRAINING DO YOU INCORPORATE FOR YOUR PEOPLE, BECAUSE 90% APPEAR TO HAVE NONE? MOST DON'T EVEN POSSESS PEOPLE SKILLS.

I shop at Walmart because of the convenience, but I am seriously considering seeking an alternate place to shop. Walmart has gotten so big, you don't give a damn about people anymore, and customer service is definitely not your main goal

Desired outcome: FIX THE PROBLEMS I HAVE MENTIONED, AND HIRE BETTER PEOPLE, ONES, WITH A PERSONALITY AND SOME CLUE OF SALES ABILITY.WHO MAKES THE POLICIES YOU IMPLEMENT?BEFORE YOU ADOPT A NEW POLICY, SEE IF IN IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CUSTOMER

Walmart Return Desk

I went to make a return to the Walmart in Cranston, RI and the woman at the desk was extremely rude. I was returning two items so I just explained to her that I had two emails with return codes and she says to me in a very rude tone that she can only do one exchange at a time and seemed annoyed that she had to actually work. I explained to her that I know that and was just letting her know that I had two separate codes to scan. One of the items she wouldn't even let me return. I did not get her name because of course she had her name badge covered so you couldn't see it but it happened today, January 11th around 1:30 pm she was covering for a person who just went on break. This employee needs to be spoken to because no customer should ever be spoken to like the way she spoke to me. If I was at my job and spoke to a patient like she did, I would be fired. If she doesn't like dealing with customers, maybe she should find a new career path.

Desired outcome: Employee needs to be written up.

Walmart Refund the blu-ray.

I purchased the wrong version of a blu-ray copy of a movie. When I tried to return it without the receipt, they said they can't take it back. Even though they have it on the shelves still, and it's clearly unopened with the Walmart sticker still on the cover. They said they can't refund the blu-ray without the original receipt. Even though it was clearly purchased at Walmart.

I will never purchase another item like this from Walmart. I can get the same product from Amazon (one of the many reasons Amazon will beat out Walmart for certain items) without the hassle of having to deal with returns desk people who don't know what they're doing. Congrats, Walmart. For the $30 cost of the blu-ray, you lost a customer to Amazon.

The billion dollar owners refuse to pay a fair wage to employees so they can not get enough people to even open self check out so over 1/2 are shutdown because they want one person for every four check out in fear people will steal Like I told the person I have no issue in people stealing for a company who one of the owners can afford a billion dollars KA...

Walmart Service desk

I tried to get help with an item I had lost the receipt for. It was a game and I needed the activation code from the receipt to use it. This game cost $99.00. The two ladies at the service desk told me before I could even finish my sentence that it was non returnable. There was nothing they could do. I ask if they could lookup the receipt. They told me not without a bunch of information. They told me a was out of luck and should have paid more attention when we bought it. I called Walmarts service center phone number and was helped in no time. They emailed me the receipt. This happen at the Brownwood, TX Walmart at 7pm on January 7, 2023 zip code is 76801

Walmart Vanilla gift card

I purchased a $90 vanilla gift on 1-6-23, I brought it home, registered it, try to use it online, came saying error, card doesn`t exsist, I went to vanilla website and got a 1800#, called it, nobody never answered after 1 1/2 hrs, so I took it back over to wal mart and they said their wasn`t nothing they could do about it, I still have the receipt!

Walmart Check out service

Store on 66th st n and Park Blvd in St Petersburg, FL. Jan 06 2023 1130am

No cashier service at checkout, only loaded self checkout. This store does it all the time... Just no respect for us... Only one cashier available most of the time or none... Today I left my order there... This company is pressuring us to do it their way this as to stop we are not cattle we are people no other food store abuses like that... So now I buy from them only if I don't have a choice... This mockery as to stop, even if it's a giant doing it

Desired outcome: do the right thing give us a decent check out service it s not our work to do

Walmart Grocery delivery

🤬So, once again today (Jan 6 2023) I ordered groceries to be delivered yet they lied and cancelled my order. I even called after I made the order to MAKE SURE it would be delivered since they have the reputation of being so unreliable. Then after being 2 hours after my delivery window and supposedly being out of items like "bread", I get the text that its on its way followed by another immediate text that the driver "attempted" to deliver. Clearly a lie since I have a ring doorbell and a dog and he couldn't physically have done that so fast. I contacted again Walmart customer service for them to lie and say the driver felt some of the items were damaged. Which is it?! I then even tried calling the store directly for over 30 minutes just to have no one answer. It is ridiculous. So much time, energy, frustration, and more dealing with this company. I even tried another time but nope, that's how deliver is now I guess. You can't contact your driver. You can't talk to an actually physical person at the store to deal with it. All you can do is a chat that looks at a computer and does nothing to help that you can't do yourself.

I hate that this business has a monopoly in our area when it clearly is not a good business. If you have to use them, just don't rely on grocery delivery ever!

Desired outcome: Too much to type. Make the drivers text us directly like they do with doordash. Have a manager/anyone actually answer the phones. Have the customer service people actually do something you can't do yourself looking online.

I have the Walmart Plus membership and had the same experience where the driver said he or she attempted to deliver my order. This was a lie, and it happened twice in one day.

I contacted Walmart's customer service who contacted the store. The store backed the driver, but there was no picture to verify the driver actually gone to my door. The customer service representative said he was going to escalate this issue to upper management.

I am so frustrated with my Walmart membership because the drivers of the delivery service Walmart has contracted is are lying more about delivery attempts. This is not my first experience with this issue.

I'm searching to find their corporate email address.

Walmart Gift card

I have an unused gift card but can't check it's status or balance. I've tried online and by phone. There is a 16 digit card number and a 4 digit pin number but NO security code or expiration date. Phone support does not offer an option to speak to a representative. The online site does not offer a chat. I don't know if this card is still active, has been activated, has a zero balance and I can't find any way to contact a support person. This is VERY frustrating!

Desired outcome: Speak to a support person to find out my card status and balance

Walmart Broken hinges on 5 month old acer computer purchased at Walmart

Acer laptop purchased from Walmart. Laptop had know issues with defective hinges when Walmart sold this product at it's store.

Acer knew this product had defective hinges when they sold it to Walmart. I paid my money to Walmart. I want them to refund my money or give me a new computer without defective hinges. Both companies are guilty of deceptive practices because they knowingly sold a defective product. They both

deceived me and sold a product with a known issue.

I have been in contact with Acer since December and they tell me they will send me an e-mail. I have called them 3 times.

Desired outcome: Money returned or a new computer without defective hinges.

Walmart Getting a refund from a cancelled order since 12/23/22

On 12/20/22 I placed an online order to be delivered on 12/23/22, within the time frame of 2-3pm, was notified around 3pm that it was running late and it will another 2 hours making it 5pm. Well that time frame came and went and now it was 7pm, I cancelled my order. A few days later I did not see a refund so I notified customer service and to learn it was not processed yet and that was 12/29/22. So they said they refunded right then and there and nothing and as of today 1/4/23 and relentless e-mails and customer service by text I am making no progress. They are throwing bunch of reference numbers saying it was done and I need to look into it, it is not my fault and they should be the ones looking into. I mailed a letter of complaint to Walmart Headquarters on 12/30/22. My refund is $51.04. Order # 2000106-[protected].

Walmart Farberware Deep Fryer

Purchased aDeep fryer and some other items.I used 2 visa gift cards and money from my bank acct.Returned the item, they gave me a receipt the girl said it would go back to my Debit card, which I assumed was my bank card.I waited a few days they said I had to wait at least 10 days. Still nothing . Went back to the store they told me to get in touch with my bank. I realized that it wasn’t my bank card , they put the money back on the visa debit card. I don’t have that card once it was used up I threw it away. I asked them to put it in my bank they said it was paid and there was nothing they could do. So now I am out 48.00, they have the deep fryer and the gift card is in a landfill somewhere. I live on a fixed income and think it’s a shame there is no way to adjust this. I will let all my friends and family know how I was treated.. There should be something that they could do. Cancel the transaction to the visa gift card and give me back my money. Thank you

Walmart Harrison NJ Walmart

The Walmart in Harrison NJ is one of the worst retail stores I have ever been to in my entire life. The employees are so rude and incompetent. I made an online purchase and chose this location due to it being the only store in my area with the item in question. My order said I was able to come anytime after 4:30 to pick it up. Key word any time after 4:30 I even called the store to see if I was able to come earlier but they informed me they didn’t want me to come until the designated time. When I arrived the gentleman who came to my car for curbside couldn’t find my order in the computer and had no answer as to why so he asked me to go inside to the pick up section. The women who were in charge of that section were some of the rudest least helpful and nasty employees I have ever had to deal with. I wasted my gas and time on a major holiday such as new years day going to this location because my item was supposed to be there and in the end they said they “Sold my item” and I was out of luck and I could ship it if I wanted too even tho that would take more than a week to arise and I had already paid for my item with the knowledge that I would be able to pick it up. I am extremely upset and disappointed in Walmart of Harrison and I have half a mind to never purchase anything from Walmart ever again. I would appreciate some type of response about this situation. Thank you very much for you time and have a great new year.

Walmart Pharmacist @ Lebanon Walmart

Today I picked up prescriptions that i've been taking for a few years, (Refills)

My question is it Walmart policy for the customer to speak to the pharmacist every time a prescription is picked up. After paying for prescription the person told me to wait at side and pharmacist will give me the meds.

I asked her why when it was just a refill (not being sarcastic or loud, neutral tone of voice) she just shrugged and took my meds to hand on a hook.

I guess I don't understand why every month I have to go stand again waiting for pharmacist to come over to hand me my prescription.

I understand a new prescription, or if there has been a change. but every month

I have to wait for him to hand me the prescription.

I have asked this question a few times, (I have heard others ask why)

This time the pharmacist was rude and I had to ask him 4 time for my prescription, he said he was tired of being asked why, I was not sure he would give me my meds. Again, my tone of voice was not rude, sarcastic or loud when I asked, but he was rude and angry.

If it is Walmart policy that a customer has to see the pharmacist with every

refill, I will change pharmacies.

Desired outcome: Please advise if it is Walmart police to speak to pharmacist for refills with no change, if it is i'll change pharmaciesThank You for your kind attention concerning this matter
