Walmart review: pick up service

Pick up is so slow. I have used only twice at two different stores and probably will not use again. I thought the whole purpose was to be fast. I spent an 45 minutes for an express order and while sitting there two different employees came out to talk to me and knew I had an express order. I finally gave up because I knew I could go in the store and get what I needed faster. I witnessed three different cars pull in after me and their orders came out within seconds of them pulling up. I don't understand why my order took so long?

Desired outcome: I just want to pick up to get their act together. I don't see how hard it is to be more organized. When someone places and order if it is not perishable then it should be picked up immediately.
