Walgreens review: will not fill my prescription been going there for two years

I want to file a complaint against Walgreens and the pharmacist it's a lady today is 12 13 19 I went to put my prescription in as I always do but I know I could not pick it up to the 16 and the lady tell me I can't get my prescription because my birth year is wrong my birth year has been wrong on that idea since I had it and ever since I'll be going to Walgreens for the past two years I let them know that the year is wrong but that's me to have my medical card and anything else that they need tonight she decides to tell me that she can't give me my medicine because I need to go pee and get my ID done again they've been accepting the same ID for almost 2 years so she tells me that they can't do it because it's there regulations would they need to be in trouble because they've been giving it to me for the past two years with the same i d i need someone to contact me my name is Carol Savage my number is area code [protected]
