Walgreens review: Treatment of a customer that was very inappropriate

Store # 150. I believe Dec. 9th at about 2pm one of your managers at store # 150 at 150 S. Grand Ave, Covina CA 91724 completely mistreated and mishandled a situation with a veteran. They accused him of stealing without trying to confirm it and had the police remove him from the store and refuse him service even after it was proven he wasn't the thief they thought he was. I have been a long time consumer at Walgreens but after witnessing this incident I will no longer spend any money at your establishments. This manager was out of line and treated the customer as a criminal. Is this how you treat minorities or veterans? I am a minority and no longer feel safe shopping there. The man could have been shot or injured if the cops weren't so understanding. I hope you will rectify this situation before you lose more business.
