Since I was originally a Rite Aid customer, the RX # for my prescription was nolonger recognized by the automated system. However, I had to enter all my information before being connected to a person. I then had to give all my information over again.
Now I am told this description is not long enough. I had to give all my information twice: once to automated system and then to person I was connected to. Getting my medications from Walgreens was fine until now. I may be looking for a new pharmacy.
