Walgreens review: photo dept

I took a photo to Walgreens to put on a tee-shirt Oct 22, 2019 I have a ticket stating
I hould have it by Nov 3, 2019 at 5 pm. Its Nov.14 at still no shirt no straight answer.
I've gone to store and inquired at least 8 times. They have called to see the status eventhey are confused so I don't get a straight answer. I went today and was told its in
the process. I recevied a phone 2 hours later that these things take time maybe a month! Then I tried to call the complaint dept. and was told to call the store
because they don't deal with photos. It ouldn't bother me so much but they did 2 shirts and one I recevied with no problem and that one I ordered after the one I haven't recevied. Glad I didn't leave the picture or give a deposit. It's a picture of my dad from world war II that I wanted for Veterans Day and they assured me that I would have it, thats what bothers me the most .
