Walgreens review: Rude pharmacist

The Walgreen's pharmacy advertises on a sign that they give flu shots, but when my daughter and I went to get one on 10/3/20, we had a very long wait. They had already charged my daughter's insurance for the shot, so we couldn't leave and go someplace else to get the shot. The pharmacist (Nora N.) was extremely rude and said we would have to wait. She said they had to fill all the prescriptions that were coming in and also assist the people in the drive thru before they could stop and give a flu shot. This information should have been told to us prior to them charging the insurance for the flu shot. We had an extremely long wait to receive a flu shot. And when the pharmacist finally came to get my daughter, she was very rude to us. She said they were too busy to stop and give flu shots. Well if that's the case, the store shouldn't have a big sign out front saying they give flu shots. We will never return to this Walgreens again. The pharmacist was extremely rude and unprofessional
