Walgreens review: Pharmacy

I have had many unfortunate issues with Walgreens Pharmacy Store #7442 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I don't know why when I am needing my medications I have to be the one calling and asking whether my prescriptions are ready. Usually I'm getting the response oh I can't get you your full prescription, the warehouse is not sending what we need, or now I'm being told that my doctor's office needs a preauthorization. I only found this out because I spoke to the Pharmacy Manager. The prescription went in on Monday and it is now Friday at 5:46pm. If I had know sooner I could have called the doctor's office to move it along. The Pharmacy Manager had no empathy, said if I felt I needed to transfer to another Walgreens it was my choice, and that he can't force the insurance company to allow the prescription. I am very upset and with the new Pharmacy Manager I feel that this Pharmacy has gone downhill. Now I must suffer with migraines and now have my medicine for my diabetes because I feel they don't care because it is not affecting them. All the Pharmacy Manager said was he will talk to his staff.
