Walgreens review: Pharmacy

Spoke with female representative on 1/4/21 @ the Walgreens located on McQueen and Ocotillo Rd in Chandler, AZ. This representative was beyond rude, short and lacked any customer service skills whatsoever. Her tone was rude, she cut me off as I was simply calling to provide insurance information and then placed me on hold for 7 min... Just because. Did not even have my information to look up, just put me on hold without notice.

If someone who works with patients of doctors is going to treat people like this, they should, by any means, work within a pharmacy if they cannot put their own disrespectful attitude aside. I normally go to a different Walgreens but due to medicine out of stock, came to this one. In which, I will never use again simply for the sheer lack of professionalism and basic customer service skills one should possess.
