Walgreens review: pharmacy

I dropped a prescription off for my mom whom has parkinson and went back 3 days later, which she said would be filled in an hour. I let her know we would be back in a day or 2 and when we went back she had to hunt the prescription as they had not filled it. This is totally unacceptable for no one to call and very un professional for a pharmacy. We will no longer be using walgreens and if corporate values customers they would check and see why this happen and if it has happen once I know there are other times this has happen
