Walgreens review: pharmacy

The pharmacy at this location has lost, misused and not filled prescriptions as authorized by various medical providers on multiple occasions for myself, my spouse and my children and grandchildren. This is a repeated offense. This is fraudulent. They put prescriptions on hold due to insurance, of course, but then put them on file even after multiple phone calls checking on the status and then say oh well we just put it on file when it is due to pick it up and then fill at their convenience. These meds are for heart and seizure conditions and this is unacceptable business practice. I have also had pain killers come up missing in their entirety where a doctor has to call in or efile a prescription multiple times, which has dumbfounded the physician. I will be moving all of my families and extended families prescriptions to another pharmacy which will result in a loss of thousands of dollars for this location due to this unprofessional and fraudulent activity by the staff members at this location.
