Walgreens review: pharmacy ( 1 comment)

This pharmacy is THE busiest in the chain and is totally understaffed. Walgreen's telephone system is a huge waste of my time. When one asks to speak to a pharmacist you're never transferred to the store...other little helpers outside of the pharmacy take the calls and cannot help you with a Question about an RX or a delivery. Those you hire to help the well trained and overworked pharmacists cannot answer the phone properly. They either disconnect you or they know nothing. When you must call back in because they've disconnected you, you go to the back of the line and wait. I've been on this phone for more than 1 hour with only TWO calls ahead of mine! Outrageous.
