Walgreens review: pharmacist

I've been happy with the personnel at the Walgreens on Branch St. in Middleton, WI. Except today, the pharmacist Brittany did not know the answer to whether they had an over the counter ear medication (which I only had the generic name) in stock. I didn't even realized that she was the pharmacist, because she acted like she didn't know if they had the medicine, and couldn't tell me if another Walgreens carried it. She called for na assistance. A friendly clerk showed up and she had no idea which ear drop had the needed ingredient. She went back to Brittany, and when I asked to speak to the pharmacist, she admitted that she was the pharmacist. She said
I could order it online. I asked if there was any advantage to ordering it through Walgreens and she said no. Not sure why she could not take the time to answer my question. Is she over worked? In any case, it was disappointing.
