Walgreens review: medication almost a month wait

My doctor prescribed my medication on 12-9-19, drug store said they would get it in 2-3- days, I called about 5 times and they still did not have it, once was told need a PA from insurance, got the PA, still days later they did not have it, I was told at the end of December, driver did not pick up order, he refused, they finally got it 1-3-20, my insurance changed on 12-31-19, my new insurance would not cover, I had to pay $277.70 on credit card, I suffered for a month without meds, and I am on disability and cannot afford this price, for Walgreens mistake, I feel like seeking an attorney for pain and suffering and cost of meds, my insurance in December would have cost me 0.00, I hope I hear back from someone.
