Walgreens review: Manager at magnolia and coldwater, van nuys

Inappropriate behavior of manager at coldwater and magnolia, van nuys, california
Walgreens has been my pharmacy for a very long time until this evening, I went to exchange 2 products asking to change with exactly the same product but different color but the manager first said go ahead than changed her mind and said she cannot return without receipt etc, I was of course upset as products were brand new still in their packs and with labels, anyway I continued my shopping but stopped to check which shade of those products would be better or should I keep them, after I did a lot of shopping and paid a security who had been after me for a while stopped me in front of everyone and wanted to search my bag and that was so embarrassing, she said she saw from the video I was checking these products, you can check but that does not mean you stole them, shame on that security who was following I guess her managers orders, but these are inexperienced simple employees and should really be very sure before they stop someone, especially a well dressed lady who would never do something like that, it is so embarrassing to do that, I am never stepping in this shop any more, I hope their superiors will hear this and I will receive a formal apaology for stopping me for nothing in front of many people and not even apologizing!...
