Walgreens review: Lack of service

After ordering over the phone, the prescriptions were ok'd to pickup at the walgreens. When we went into town they were not ready.

The line was 10 deep and only one person to service both walk up and drive thru. An hour later we found out they had not called the dr. s office for ok as the phone said, it would notify us if not done.

The person at the counter is always rude. This not the first time. After talking to the manager who could care less, I am looking to other pharmacy's to service my AARP supplemental medical insurance.

Lord help us if you are the ones to also give covid 19 shots as you cant even service your current business
