Walgreens review: Customer service training

My Name is Christina Taylor. My membership number is [protected]. I was in the Walgreens located on 7878 Crescent Ave
Buena Park, CA 90620 on 03/13/2021. I had a very rough morning and walked into the store without a mask-not something I EVER do considering I work in the medical field. It was purely an accident. I was told rudely by a staff member "Put your mask on!" I did immediately. According to the cashier, her name is Maria and she is the manager of this store. The cashier, a tall young Asian man, told me that it was all in my head and that no one was rude to me. I was just letting him know that, in customer service, there is a way to speak to people and that is uncalled-for. He went on to iterate that the store policy is to wear a mask and he continued to condescend to me. He told me to be sure to wear a mask next time to avoid an issue like that. I get it. Wear a mask. I did when I had realized I wasn't. However, the rudeness I encountered and the callousness was really uncalled-for. I am vaccinated BTW.
