Walgreens review: Customer Service complaint

On April 24th, 2021 I was treated poorly due to my race on this day. I purchased some medication through the drive-through window and all of the medication wasn't given to me. I asked the pharmacy tech about medication and she was very rude about my question. I went home and called back to the pharmacy because some of the medication was missing. I had a receipt to prove all my medication was not given to me and the pharmacist and the three of the pharmacy technicians communicated they didn't believe me but I had the receipt to prove that I hadn't picked up the medication. I was very embarrassed and felt like this was truly racism going on. I am trying to handle this matter in a respectable manner but I am truly upset about this and something needs to be done about this issue. e-mail:[protected]@gmail.com
