Walgreens review: Covid testing

Made an appointment for Covid test online. Took 5 days to find an opening but took it. Time was 10:00 am. Arrived at 9:55, but did not get through drive-through line until 11:00 for my test.
I have waited for six days, I still have no results. I have checked SPAM, Clutter, InBox, Text messages - nothing.
Called Walgreens to ask why - waited on hold for another 1 1/2 hours to speak with someone. They said they ship the sample to Aegis and my form should have contact information, I need to call them. My confirmation did NOT have contact information, so I looked up Aegis and called them.
They said they needed my sample #. I never received a Sample # - they told me to call Walgreens back (wait another 2 hours on hold) to get the Sample #. What a FARCE! It's now almost a week since I had the test - what good is it!?!
