Walgreens review: Covid shots ( 1 comment)

The site for the covid shot is a disgrace
You go thru setting it all up after you see its listed as a Massachusetts site
for vaccine and finding a time
After filling everything out and the very end it tells you there is no availablity
for 1st and 2nd shot or one seperate check off for second shot.
when you check off for 1st and 2nd shot the next page says not available
frustrating. Not getting any help from the store or their manager. After
persisting with the store manager and not being able to get thru to any pharmacy employee he said their is a glitch in system it doesnt let you book
first then second its both or just second. And they should be working on it
WHen I call customer service they told me just to go at the time I had selected but when calling my name was on no list.
Speaking today with the main customer service again [protected]
they said nothing they can do about it.
Why is Massachusetts allowing them to distribute the shots when their site
is incorreect an misleading
