I am in complete awe of how this company has gone downhill. I have to call 3 times to be sure that my prescription is ready only to be told I have no prescription after I get there. Which I now find out that yes, I do still have a refill, and these are completely useless people. How many people does it take to get it right? Since going back to college in 2016, I was fully aware of my ADHD and as 38 year old adult, I requested to be tested for it. Scrip was on delay
Picked up one the other two still delayed I never got an update
Which I usually get a text
When I finally called the next evening by my own judgement it had been ready for pickup all the day but I wasn’t notified
Then one scrip was over counter yet they was gonna sale it as is when the scrip only required 20 tablets not 50 so I ask they fill as a script as doctor has written which I felt was neglect on their part
Desired outcome: Felt it should have been no cost being I never. Got a update and I had to ask them to fill as doctors said that’s the or job not the patient
Walgreens need an update on staff to make sure they fill scripts as written not as they think
