Walgreens Phone manners

This is probably the 8th time I have reached out to Walgreen's about this, both locally and @ corporate, so I am pretty sure nothing will change, but I'm trying one last time. If it happens to me again, I will move my prescriptions across the street to CVS.

Whenever I call to speak with someone in the pharmacy I am immediately put on hold by the automated system. No problem. But then, EACH AND EVERY TIME, WITHOUT FAIL, as just happened to me AGAIN today: the hold music will be playing, the phone will ring, I get ready to speak, and someone at the pharmacy pushes a button that transfers me back to the hold music without the staff ever picking up. This happened to me today SEVEN TIMES before someone finally picked up. Which is, sadly, typical. I live 25 minutes from the pharmacy. One day, I called as I was leaving my house and I was still being slapped on hold over and over and was still on hold by the time I actually reached the store. Seriously, Walgreens!?!? Is that really the best you guys can do?

I don't know if it's just the Walgreen's on 10th St. in Greenville, NC or if the issue is widespread but I do know that it is very rude and the message it sends is that my business means jackcrap to your company. At the very least pick up and say "will you please hold?". SOMETHING. (Interestingly enough, the reason I even called today was because, after ordering a refill online, I was sent a message saying that, because of some technical issue, I needed to call the pharmacy. When the guy finally picked up, he told me he couldn't see any issue and everything was going through just fine. So I was put through all that for no reason.)

Bottom line for me, Walgreen's? If you are too busy to offer timely, courteous and respectful phone service, you are too busy for my business. I'm sure that won't matter much to such a large company, but I hope you will consider this: Years ago, while I was a bartender for a very popular restaurant in Raleigh, NC, at one of our staff meetings the general manager told us that of all the people who are not happy with the food, service, whatever, only 5% would inform the company. The rest would just stop coming and/or tell all their friends.

Desired outcome: I believe the desired outcome is obvious, but just in case.... treat your customers with respect and stop this insulting practice!! Let us know we are valued by Walgreens. Unless, of course, we are not.

Walgreens WALG Diabetic SCK blk [protected] & Swedish Fish [protected]

2 issues

1st - WALG Diabetic SCK blk [protected]

store 04486 1 mile from my home has these socks priced $7.99

store 04668 2 miles from my home has the same socks $5.99 ($2 less than my closest store)

2nd - The bag of Swedish fish purchased at location 04486 $6.49 was very hard not soft and chewy I bought another bag @ 04668, and they were soft & chewy as they should be.

I am very concerned that the Walgreens closest to me is over charging on products. I don't have the time to price check all the products. Probably just need to shop CVS whose prices are comparable.

Desired outcome: Please respond and issue a refund for the Swedish fish $6.99 plus tax.

Walgreens Fraud at Store #[protected] BARNES RD Colorado Springs, CO 80922)

I went to pick up my prescription, which had a quantity of 30. I counted them because the lady in line in front of me was not given the proper quantity. I was given a quantity of 15. When I went back to the counter to tell them, they took my prescription and then returned it with a quantity of 20. The third time I went to the counter, they yelled and were annoyed... NOT CONCERNED. I finally got the proper quantity of 30. This is happening at an alarming rate at this location. I will NEVER go to a Walgreens pharmacy again.

Desired outcome: This location should be audited, at the very least.

Walgreens Closed early and abruptly.

I went to Walgreens on 100 broadway Elmwood Park NJ 07407 at 1am with my son on 11/23/2022. As soon as I get to the entrance the male employee with cornrows ran to the entrance and told us to stay out. Then started to lock himself inside the store by locking the doors. I was confused because there were no signs posted on the windows saying they were closing early. I noticed he was laughing and on his ears he had earbuds on so i figured he was talking to someone on the phone. I yelled out loud I thought you guys were opened 24hrs I needed to get a few things then he said he'll open in an hour. My email is [protected]@hotmail.com

Desired outcome: I want Walgreens to be transparent, the least they could have done was post a sign on window. They need to retrain their employees to better communicate and be respectful.

Walgreens RXOM Whitney Patterson

Today at Walgreens on 5900 knight Arnold the RXOM Whitney Patterson yelled at a pharmacy technician in front of me and other customers . I over heard the young lady saying that she had went to the bathroom but yelling at your employee because she had to use the restroom in front of customers is very unprofessional. While she was doing the yelling I could have been gotten my medication. I waited for about 20 minutes before the young lady came back from im guess the restroom and helped me

Desired outcome: She does this a lot and she should be terminated asap. She always has a attitude and never helps just sits on her phone on the back end

Walgreens Employees inappropriately touching each other on the clock?

I am a employee of this company and this store manager is allowing these two too work together side by side, while they kiss and touch each other in front of customers. It's a shift lead her name is Bianca and Jacob a C S A recently a few months back we had a issue with our store manager seeing a pharmacy technician/ shift leader immediately she was moved to another store well this lead is related to my store managers girlfriend's daughter they all lived together and the lead I am complaining about gets all attention, favoritism, and special accommodations because she is related to his girlfriend that was transferred out she also gets all the over time she wants too while she goofs off with this CSA during her shifts she will leave other CSA's up frontrunning registers the whole shift why her and him Bianca And Jacob do whatever they want don't get me wrong they work but sometimes they take advantage of it. Also, we have call ins that are done by people habitually they still have jobs there why others have to work harder like CSA's are now calling in on the work schedule App instead of calling the store

Walgreens Customer service with ada issues

My name is Josephine Marino-Emde. I'm very much handicap at the moment. 1) My handicap consists of a Cochlear Implant (meaning without it I'm deaf) when making phone calls I have to rely on Missouri Relay and read what is being said to me.

2) Handicap #2 I have a Cornea Transplant (meaning my vision isn't the greatest even with correction.

3) Handicap number #3 my legs swell and hurt when I stand for long periods of time. My doctor wants me to raise my legs several times a day for the swelling to be manageable. I wear compression hose with compression wraps to hopefully reduce the swelling. So far it doesn't work very well.

I have included the above handicap reasons to say that I called in to Walgreens in Arnold Mo on Vogel Rd. I wanted to get an appointment for a shingle shot. I was told on the phone that I must do that online. I explained that with not being able to see very well, I would like assistance to get this appointment set up. The attendant wouldn't help me over the phone. No customer service for a person who needs ADA assistance.

I did my best to go online on the Walgreens App. Thought I had completed it correctly. Signed up for at 9:15 am appointment. Got to the pharmacy and found out that I didn't do it correctly online.

I take out my phone to redo the appointment got a 10:30 am appointment for my shingle shot. Asked the attendant to call me when my appointment was up that I'm deaf and was going to sit in one of the chairs until my appointment time. At 10:50 the pharmacist just completed giving a shot to another customer sees me sitting in one of the chairs and tells me to stand in line again to be served.

My wraps with my swollen legs are visible to the pharmacist but yet I told her all my disabilities and she knows I have been waiting since 9 am to receive my shingle shot and still has the nerve to tell me to stand in line when there are 5 people ahead of me to stand when it is difficult for me to stand.

I talked to the store manager who was on duty that day on 11/19/22. Her name is Kathy. I told her everything that I went through. She was very kind but just recited the protocol. I explained that I was contacting corporate office. She assured me that she understood my frustration but there was nothing she could do.

I will also make sure I go elsewhere for anything I need, and I'll make sure that all my friends know the service to expect from Walgreens on Vogel Rd. For that matter I'm sure that all Walgreens practice the same protocols.

Desired outcome: This type of behavior doesn't happen to anyone else. I want a phone call with an apology from Corporate Office. I would like to have the pharmacist fired for her smirk attitude.

Walgreens Walgreens and ebay gift card scam

Walgreens and ebay card services is the biggest scam. I bought an ebay card, Walgreens never activated it, ebay customer service confirmed the card is not activated. I called Walgreens customer service more than 15 times and they kept on hanging up with me. I went to the store and the store manager did not even want to talk to me. Walgreens and ebay stole $200 from me without giving any service. I asked ebay and Walgreens to show me the transaction that is made on the card and they refused to answer my questions.

Never again, I recommend anyone to shop at Walgreens and ebay. These 2 organizations are supporting economic terrorism by taking money from honest American and possibly giving it to terrorist organizations that are harming USA. These 2 businesses need to close down permanently.

Desired outcome: August 9,2022 I would like a refund.

Walgreens Pharmacist refuses to fill a prescription at walgreens pharmacy

I presented a prescription for a one-month supply of Vyvanse capsules 60 milligrams to the pharmacy counter at the Walgreen's pharmacy at 699 West Germantown Pike, Norristown, PA 19403 at approximately 1:15 pm on Thursday, November 17, 2022. The pharmacy assistant consulted with the pharmacist and informed me that would not honor the prescription because it was from an out-of-state doctor even though I had filled the same drug prescription at least 10 times written by the same doctor (whose DEA and other relevant information was printed on the prescription) in the past 18 months at several Walgreen pharmacies in Pennsylvania, which was confirmed by the computer records that were retrieved by the pharmacy department as I waited. I told them that. However, then the pharmacist refused to fill the prescription because my home address was in Philadelphia, PA while the pharmacy is located in Norristown, PA, which is about 15 or 20 minutes away. Thus, the pharmacy staff argued, I was not a local person. However, nearly all the prescriptions I had filled at Walgreen branches were not located in Philadelphia, but rather in surrounding areas, primarily because Philadelphia branches were experiencing shortages of the medication. I told the pharmacy assistant this information; however, after she passed this new information to the pharmacist, he outright refused to fill the prescription. The the assistant recommended that I try smaller pharmacies in the city of Philadelphia. I have contacted five or six pharmacies in Philadelphia already. I couldn't find one that had the medication in stock. There was no explanation of what policy, rule, law, or statute that states a prescription presented by someone whose home address is in Philadelphia should be refused service by a pharmacy that was no more than about ten miles from the city line. I still haven't been able to fill the prescription, which I need for my ADHD.

Desired outcome: For this Walgreens branch to fill my prescription and find out why the pharmacist wouldn't talk to me.

Walgreens Pharmacy department

Were do I start in the 45 min I weighted for my covid shot I watched the staff in the pharmacy disrespect and talk down to serval customers! She even started yelling at one lady just cause there system was the problem then after that poor lady finally got her prescription back some 20 minutes latter after just dropping it off i'm sure cause it made the staff feel better by making this poor lady weight there even longer after disrespecting her the way the lady did! Then they did almost the same thing to some poor old man I just wounder if they think they have a badge not medication that's how they act then after my 45 min weight the lady that gave me my covid shot hammered that in so fast I couldn't use my are for a week! Now being a pharmacy you would think they know to inject that slowly into the mussel to keep the pain to a minimum but no my arm was dead 4 almost a week I will not return to this store after this treatment and the way the treat their customers im sure the lady that was there feels the same way! Maybe someone should remind them we are all human and no one is perfect specially them!

Walgreens Pharmacy

Every 28 days I see my pain specialist electronically sends a prescription for Morphine 30 mg. t.i. d. Qty 84 tabs. I have been doing this for 10 years. I always use Walgreens Pharmacy. Often I am told they can't fill the prescription because they have to order the morphine 30 mg. You would think since they have a purchase sale history every 28 days of the same item that the computer should be able to anticipate the need for stock and have enough on hand for pickup every 28 days. My phone app can do this!

The problem is my prescription runs out on the morning of the 28th day. I see the pain clinic in the morning and plan to go to Walgreens to pickup up the prescription and thus the 2 PM scheduled dose of MS 30 mg. If Walgreens can't fill, or even partially fill my prescription I am without medication. By 6 PM my pain is intolerable, by 9 pm withdrawal symptoms start.

I suffer from chronic neuropathic pain, phantom testicular pain, chronic prostate pain and PTSD.

So when Walgreens can't plan ahead and be there to provide my prescription I get very nervous and the attendant PTSD is bad.

They give the supply problem excuse. However if I call 3 days ahead and let them know I will be in on the 28th day, they can order it in time. So where is the supply problem. It is a dismissive excuse making tactic that does not allow for any work around. It is wholly inappropriate. Walgreens Auto Refill never has any problem with inventory and reliably provides prescriptions on time.

The patient should not have to do Walgreens Pharmacy purchasing schedule. The onus should not be placed upon chronic pain patients to tell the pharmacy when to make their supply orders.

On November 7th, 2022 I went to the Drive thru and was told I had to wait until they ordered more. I didn't get the auto-phone call stating there is a delay. I pressed them for a work-around and asked if they could partially fill the prescription and I could get the rest later. I was told the pharmacy NO LONGER does this. I was then rudely given an ultimatum by the pharmacist (KJ) "Take the 82 pills we have and forfeit the other 2 or wait until later in the week."

I can't be without my meds! My appointments are tied to the prescription every 28 days. Patients with opioid prescriptions have a contract with the clinic and we can not change it. If a partial prescription is to be filled we have to inform the clinic and get permission. I, nor has the pain clinic ever heard of being forced to forfeit part of a Schedule 2 opioid prescription legally provided by the physician. Walgreens does NOT have the right to alter the physician's prescription.

I told Walgreens pharmacy I had to call to inform the pain clinic and get permission to accept just the 82 available. The clinic called back and altered my appointment schedule to fit the 82 pills available. They didn't like what I told them. Again, Walgreens can not unilaterally void part of a prescription just because they failed to plan, to anticipate, a regular purchase with a 10 year track record.

When I went back to the drive through to pick up the prescription they had not even filled it. KJ scolded me, "I thought you were going to call your pain clinic, you never called back!" I told him I had just had just received the call back. He said, "It will be 15 minutes." and then put the phone receiver down, dismissing me. I called back into the microphone and was able to get him to pick it back

up. "What now!" he barked. I said, "Excuse me I am obviously a chronic pain patient, I have unrelenting chronic pain so cut me some slack, without my meds I get antsy. You should take more caution in the way you handle this situation." His reply, "yeah" then he exited the drive through area. I drove around and went into the store.

When I got into the store I was told it would be 45 minutes because KJ is administering shots that people had scheduled for this time. So why did he say 15 minutes?

I complained to the store manager and her attitude was remarkably poor. She defended the pharmacist, suggested I may have misunderstood. No I didn't. She too tried to dismiss me. Emotion and voice inflection have powerful effects. Neither seemed to care. Neither cared about the negative impact their actions had.

I am angry that I was treated so poorly by both the pharmacist and store manager. Neither had any level of compassion, understanding or empathy. They should not transfer their job stress to customers.

Walgreens employees are not to talk down to customers (I have advanced degrees, I am not an idiot). They should not be in the business of giving customers ultimatums. They should not willy nilly alter a physician's schedule 2 opioid prescription. They should not be withholding medication from a patient. Walgreens needs to be able to offer a work around instead of denying patients their medications.

I don't deserve such poor treatment. I have been in pain for 35 years, I try my best. I rely on my meds. I rely on Walgreens to provide it. I don't want to be the one responsible to insure there is enough inventory on hand. That's no my job. Hell I have no job, I'm medically disabled. I can't be relied upon to do Walgreens job for them. I should not have been put in that position. Its ridiculous. The store manager needs to attend a week of kindergarten classes and relearn what nice means.

Desired outcome: I want a formal apology that includes an expression of regret, acknowledgment of responsibility, make amends, and an assurance it won't happen again. Walgreens should train pharmacists and managers how better to handle conflict.

Walgreens Pharmacy understaffed and untruthful

11/12/22

I have been trying to get rx cough medicine for over one week and a half. was told that cough medicine would finally be in store on 11/10/22. Medicine was not in and pharmacist Maia said she might get it on monday. I asked for prescription back so I could take it elsewhere. She saId that I could not due to schedule 2 drug. pharmacist argued with me that the price was 158 and that I wouldnt want it - I told her I have good rx and walgreen's card. Only 3 employees working on saturday at 5pm. Wait was 20 minutes as usual. I went inside store as the wait at drive thru window is usually 30 minutes or more. also, your pharmacy clerks are slow and there is constant turnover. maybe you need to pay them more.

side note-your best pharmacist at location is o'bama

pharmacy is at 308 seawall, galveston, texas

Desired outcome: hire more clerks and investigate whether rx could have been transferred and whether they could have got from another location.

Walgreens Pharmacy incompetence

I have been trying to get thru to the Walgreens pharmacy on Golf Rd in Delafield WI for 3 days.

Last night Fri Nov 11th I called 10 times thruout the day. The last time was at 7:21pm. I was put on hold with the computer saying there was 1 person ahead of me. I was on hold for 2hrs and 20mins. That means I was on hold till the store closed.

What kind of pharmacy is it turning into? The lack of help is a sorry excuse. The customer shouldn't suffer because the inviroment of the day. Just because those in office have convinced people to not work because they get paid better to stay home and become couch potatoes like the person running this Country.

Back to my other problems:

1. Manufacturers are being changed with out the customers knowing. My problem with that is the innert ingredients aren't the same. I get terrible reactions when that happens.

2. I need rxs that can be to be left in stocks bottles. That way I can distinguish between them. It makes life easier.

3. People that work with people who take meds. Need to show compassion towards them. They need to like they job and do everything possible to make their life easier.

4. I'm tired of hearing excuses. We to busy, we don't have enough staff, no one wants to work. Excuses are empty words.

5. One if the 10 times I called. I asked to speak to the store manager to ask them to send a written message to the pharmacist to call me. She then wanted me to give her personal information to do that. By this time I was a little heated. Why would I give a store manager my personal info?

Her response was they're so busy back there. They don't have enough help. My response was do something about it. Give better incentives to get help. She said why don't u get a job here. I explained that right now I'm rehabbing from a knee accident and am in a wheelchair. That there's no way a wheelchair could maneuver in the pharmacy. She then under her breath said Walgreens hires people with disabilities. Again I said that a wheelchair wouldn't fit thru the pharmacy. She then started to say she was very busy and she was done talk and proceeded to hang up on me.

6. Today I found out that this pharmacy is one that is being turned into a Get all their scripts from a central hub by the Corporate headquarters in Illinois.

So now you interested more in the bottom line instead of Customers.

What has happened to pharmacy. Their going down the drain. And yurr helping them.

7. One last thing. I was incharge of a pharmacy. I did everything from.

Waiting on Customers

Doing all the ordering for Schedule I, II, II meds. Sending in the triplicate forms for the I and II meds. Which included Cocaine. To all other meds in the pharmacy. Also the things we carried that weren't rxs.

Answering phone calls. Taking either rx numbers ir doctors info to get rxs.

We kept up on the phone calls we made. If we didn't get a call back right away. We tried again. We didn't leave customer's on the outs.

All this was done by hand. The rx labels were typed on a typewriter. When we got a new rx we stamped the number on it and in the log book.

We. Never told customer's we were To busy. We don't have enough help. We Just Did It.

All these things were done by 2 people. We did over 200 scripts a day.

Know your thinking when and where we're we located. We were in Marina del Rey, CA. We served 5 cities. We had customers from all walked of life. Didn't matter they were all treated the same.

When a customer came to pick up their rxs they didn't wait to tell me their name. I knew it. Even if they were new to us.

Yes times have changed but things can still be done with care and respect.

Workers have to want to come to work. To like what they are doing.

When I called to talk to the store manager. The clerk that answered the phone sounded like she was drunk and asleep. When I said she wanted to speak to the store manager. She perked up got a cheery voice.

That's just sad and not perfessional.

I saw that you had 1347 unresponsive and 213 responded to complaints. So I'm not sure this will ever get read. Which is sad. That no way to run a business in the HELPING INDUSTRY.

Walgreens Prescription

Walgreens is the worst pharmacy ever. Every time I try to fill my prescription they never fill it and come up with an excuse. They even ask personal somewhat illegal questions about my medication that has nothing to do with them or their job like saying that I shouldn’t need a refill and how much medication do I have. That is none of their business! That is my doctors job. And telling me the doctor should write it out better. They are horrible humans and incompetent.

Desired outcome: To have them fired for not doing their job!

October 29th 2022 I had my daughter’s prescription transferred from Meijers Pharmacy Detroit Michigan to your St Cloud location. When we arrived We where informed there was no prescription and the tech did not offer to help. This really upset me. She should have said let me call the pharmacy (I am a pharmacist)

I had to call the Detroit store and have them take care of it again. I let this incident go because I know how electronic transmissions can be lost.

Nov 5 I had 3 rx’s escripted by my doctor.

when I went to pick them up only cane thru transmission and they couldn’t find the other 2 rxs. Checked my Chart amd saw they where trying to get prior approval for a medication I kniw is in formulary, but Walgreens couldn’t find it. Called again today and my insurance saud the rx had to be at the pharmacy because they had a reference number for prior approval. Called WALGREENS back explained the situation and she found the script for the inhaler which I desperately needed yesterday (I have COVID) she gave me a high price. They billed the prescription for BRAND name it was NOT a DAW rx! Luckily I asked her to bill it geq. and transfer my prescription to another Walgreens. I told her I previously called the St Cloud pharmacy and they didn’t have but one on Sunday and checked your system and did not see any prescription and could she call them for me. At thst point I asked to speak to the pharmacist in charge to transfer my prescription personally. I feel sorry for patients without my background trying to get prescriptions.

I must have spent 1&1/2 hours straightening out this mess. I feel like I was working! You need your staff to work on customer service and follow thru.

For 3 rxs on different days to be lost is NOT acceptable.

Desired outcome: Better customer service.Techs need to be able to look for missing rx on your system.Need to proper bill rxs

Walgreens Pharmacy mistake that could cost my son his life

RE; Walgreens on Kearsley Ave, Sicklerville/Pine Hill NJ

On 10/17 my son was in Cherry Hill Hospital NJ diagnosed with blood clots in his leg. He was discharged with a RX for Eliquis starting at a loading dose of 4 pills a day instead of 2 a day for 1 week followed by the regular daily dosage. He was given his first dose at the hospital and discharged around 4pm. We stopped by the pharmacy on the way home and was told that the Insurance would not cover it because the loading dose, they only would cover the 2 a day. So back to the hospital we went the next morning at 7 am, which was 3 hours passed his am dose. Finally he was seen at the ER and given a card for a FREE 30 day supply of Eliquis to get him past the loading dose and into the 2 a day the pharmacy would cover. We handed in the card with the Rx and received his 60 pills of the 88 ordered because a not too bright tech or pharmacist billed his insurance instead of using the card we handed them. What they did with the card is beyond me, Due to their MISTAKE, if we can't get the Hematologist he saw for the first time on the 3rd to call the insurance company, my son will be without medicine for 9 days, not to mention it is advised on product information that his is most dangerous for a stroke. I am retired on fixed income and can't afford to pay $800 for this medicine, Someone at Walgreens must correct this problem because it is their fault we are in this position. I emailed Walgreens corporate several days ago but no one has contacted me.

Desired outcome: To get his medication before he runs out for the blood clots in his legs

I made on line appointments for my wife and I to have flu shots at Walgreens #07032, 2451 Hampton Road, Henderson NV 89052, today, November 3,2022. The appointment times were for 3:00 and 3:15 PM. We arrived at approximately 2:50 PM, and were checked in and told to be seated until the pharmacist was ready to administer the shots. At 3:45, I inquired as to why we were still waiting, and was told that there was only 1 person available to give shots. It should be noted that during the entire time we were waiting, no one administered a vaccine shot to any other customer. The pharmacist on duty only was processing prescriptions during the entire time. Finally, at 3:55, my wife and I were given our vaccines. This lack of consideration and poor management on the part of the Walgreens staff is unprofessional as well as showing a total lack of consideration and respect for its customers. It takes less than 5 minutes to administer the vaccine. Knowing that customers who had made appointments were waiting almost an hour on the part of the staff is unconscionable.

Desired outcome: I would like an apology as well as some compensation for my wasted time.

Walgreens Would like a response to see if anyone cares at Walgreens.

Nine times out of ten, the service at Walgreens on Hampden Ave., in Denver, CO is terrible. I've been put on hold for more than hour today trying to talk to the pharmacist. This unacceptable wait has happened more times than I can count. Oftentimes, when I’ve been on hold and waited for 30 minutes, I will be disconnected and have to call them back to be put on hold again. Half the time, the drive thru is closed. But I keep giving Walgreens another chance and another and it just gets worse. It’s the closest Walgreens to my home but the convenience is not worth the headache.

Once when I was on hold a person finally came on the line speaking gibberish trying to imitate an Asian accent. This rude person then giggled and hung up on me. This is not only unprofessional but bordering on abusive. I don’t know whether the pharmacy staff is totally incompetent, understaffed, burned out, or “quietly quitting” due to burnout. Or maybe they just don’t care and there is no accountability. It’s unbelievable.

This is the scenario I always get with them. Waiting a week before I can get my prescription filled. I will refill a prescription online about a week in advance before I’m completely out. The website tells me it will be ready the next day. It never is. I’ve signed up for automatic refills and I’m never notified by text. When I call the pharmacy to find out the status, they tell me they're working on it. 9 times out of 10 when I call, same scenario, they're working on it. They will tell me they're waiting on the doctor to approve it but when I call my doctor, they tell me they've already approved it. I’ll call Walgreens back and tell them my pharmacist has approved the prescription and they’ll tell me they’re busy but it should be ready for pickup shortly but it rarely is. Many times, the pharmacy has told me it is ready but when my husband goes to pick it up, it isn’t ready and he has to wait over an hour at times.
