This company has virtually no real time technical support. I have been locked out of MyViking login since 12/8 and get nothing but lame excuses from Customer Rep (not tech support). They don't seem to have a mechanism for promptly escalating to technical support. Was supposed to be fixed in a week. Plus they make you do all the work to try to fix the problem. I've spent hours clearing cache, trying different web browsers, changing password and using different devices, all to no avail. They tell me to try to be patient, but no one ever gets back to me with progress. First time Viking Cruiser...not exactly inspiring confidence.
Desired outcome: Have someone from Tech Support contact me, at the very least, or else just fix the problem.
