They took us on bus tours to a few different cities which was fun, but it wasn't quite the all-inclusive river cruise we were expecting.

Things took a bit of a turn when we got to Frankfurt. We were put up in the Sheraton, which was definitely not a 5-star hotel. If that wasn't bad enough, we ended up at the Hilton in Amsterdam, which was no better. We tried to get some kind of compensation for the bus tour we didn't sign up for, but Uniworld said they met their obligations.
