We attempted to purchase Diesel Fuel on Thursday, June 19th at 1:00 pm at the Valero Gas Station at 900 Wickham Road in Melbourne Florida but not a drop of fuel went into the tank. After going into the store to get a refund, the attendant refused to do so because she said the fuel dispersed. We took pictures of the tank being empty and she even came out to look but still refused to refund the money. Clearly the diesel tank was empty.
Claimed loss: Loss of money due to not fuel.
Desired outcome: Reimbursed $300.00 that we lost and was refused to be refunded back to a debit card
