UPS lost my package one year ago, I sent it on the 05/10/2022 from France and it was supposed to arrive on the 11/10/2022. I didn't receive any message that it was delivered. On the 17/10/2022 I checked on the website and it was said that it was there. My boyfriend went there and it wasn't. I checked again and it seems that someone took my package without my authorization and lost it.

What I have been through this whole year is disrespectful and unacceptable. Worst customer service ever. Dozens of emails. Nobody has anwers. Nobody can help. Different informations. I went to UPS in Utrecht and it was even worse because in their computer they had different informations that appears in mine. I send emails and they are always asking for something more. They couldn't open an investigation for me, it took months for me to do it. They just stop to respond my emails. I want the money of my box, I want at least the money of everything that was inside it, I should receive much more and I should sue UPS for allowing someone not authorized take my box and for loosing it.

I have to repeat: worst service ever, worst customer service ever, disrespecful, unacceptable and untrustable.
