I am no longer a Ulta client.
The stylist Tia at your Johnstown store looked me up in your computer system and sent me a friend request on Facebook. I do not know Tia, she was never my stylist. The is taking my personal data for your gain of trying to get me to be a client. My stylist had just left there like five days before.
I spoke with the manager Amanda she said she could not control what they do on Facebook outside of work.
She did not believe me and laughed at me. I said she took my personal data out of the companies computer which is not legal.
This is poor business practice.
Amanda needs to understand right from wrong.

Never received order
I never received my order and have been trying to get in touch with someone through their email, text, chat and phone with no success. For chat, they are always unavailable, and I have received no response for my email or text since Sunday. This is absolutely ridiculous; I have never dealt with a company where there is no response or way to get in touch with someone for over 24 hours. I just need to get my money refunded ASAP

Card Charged with no order and points taken!
On 8/26, I tried to place an order during the 21 days of beauty and get the 5X points promotion. The App kept saying it was an error with my card. However, without processing any order…my Ulta MasterCard was charged $92.77 and $11 of my points was taken! I tried to call customer service and I sat on a line waiting for almost an hour before opting to use their text feature. I sent two texts, but never received a response. I tried emailing and they keep asking for an order number that I NEVER received! I’m a Diamond member and Ulta MC holder…but I am never using ULTA again. This is ridiculous!
Desired outcome: Give me my points and refund my money!
Unauthorized credit card charges, poor customer service
On 8/25 I tried to order an app only product. My ultimate reward Mastercard would not go through, app saying can’t be verified. Called customer service, they told me to sign out of app, sign back in about 15 minutes later and it should work. When I signed back in all my reward points were GONE! 7153 reward points worth over $400.00!
Called customer service, after several different calls and people got a manager who assured me that I could order the product at the sale price and she would process a credit to my account once my order was placed, as well as make sure my reward points were returned to my account.
Today 8/27, I checked my Mastercard and I am being charged $772.80!
$365.56 for the product I ordered, 4 charges for $101.81, for NOTHING! No credit of $250.00 as promised by manager and no reward points.
I called customer service, was in hold for 2 hours then my call was cut off.
I am so frustrated
Desired outcome: Credit card refund of $772.80 and return of 7153 reward points to my account
Ultimate rewards program
This is the second time this year that I have not received my Ultimate Rewards Points for using the Ulta Master Card. I never get an answer when I call customer service so I have to text, which is not efficient. I made myself very clear on what the issue was. I just kept getting the same response. The first time was 05/25/23 @ 10:22 pm. There were numerous text messages over several weeks due to the fact that the problem was not resolved. In the end, I did receive points but I don't believe it was the correct amount, I was too fed up. Today, 08/24/66 at 5:06 pm. I sent a text regarding not receiving my points that I should have received around 8/6. Again, I just kept getting the same response, "Your next billing cycle is on 9/6 and your points will be reflected 5 business days after your billing cycle". I'm talking about points I should have received on 8/6, which I already explained. Go through the whole process of explaining my issue again and texting of copies of my statements, I get a response that there is a delay for the points because of a system update. I could have been told that in the first place. There may be a system update but I truly believe that I am not getting my points because I have made some very large purchases on my Ulta Mastercard recently which in turn earns me a very high amount of points. I've been using their card for several years and never had a problem. Now, for the past several months, my purchases have been very high, and there's been problems. We'll see what happens on 9/6, when I should get 2 months worth of points. Also, August is my birthday month, so now I am not able to use my points that I already should have and take advantage of Birthday month deals/coupons.

Credit card service
Do Not get an Ulta credit card. I paid off my balance BEFORE the due date and they are STILL charging a fee that was NOT on the current balance I paid off. It is not worth getting this card due to all of the xtra fees and high interest rates! I wasn’t paying just the minimum balance every month. I always paid double, if not more. As a result, I have closed my account that has been open since 2019.
Desired outcome: Reimburse the $19.63 fee that was paid.

I opened this new CC and was approved with a balance of almost $10K. I have perfect credit and pay my bills on time. I received a late payment of $30 on my first statement. When I called the customer service, they explained to me that I made the payment on the right day but "one hour" late past their cut off and they would not credit my account. I paid the late fee and cancelled my card. I then received my last statement and was charged another $30 late fee because the phone call on the last due date was also "one hour" past the cut off on the day it was due! HORRIBLE CC AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!

After selecting numerous products ranging from face care to hair care I ended my 3 hour trip with a visit to the checkout counter. I qualified for free gifts, however the store was out: I saw the associate check the cabinet door and tons of different colored clutches and numerous packaged samples could be seen. I couldn’t have any and I felt as though my business was unappreciated. I went on to order the things I needed online at Sephora.
Throughout the ordeal, I did come across extremely friendly help staff. Knowledgeable. And kind. But spending over $200 and receiving anything out of the sample cabinet that was overflowing put a bad taste in my mouth for Ulta. I put everything back except for one minute.

salon services in North Port, Florida store.
I am a new customer to Ulta Salons, first hair appointment was with Brenda, second hair appointment was with Brenda. Scheduled third appt with Brenda, however when I came for appointment Brenda no longer there. Alexis was assigned to me instead that day. Next appointment was with Alexis for today July 28th, please note that I received by text confirmation of all appointments and that included even a reminder text dated July 27th of my appointment. Today I showed up for my 10a.m. scheduled appointment and was told that I had no appointment by girl at counter, Even when I showed her my text she said I had no appointment, that Alexis was not longer there and her appointments were erased. How can that be when I am getting a text stating I have an appointment. I tried to explain that happened when Brenda left, I showed up for appointment and was handed over to Alexis. Why was this time different?
I asked to speak to a manager who immediately reprimanded me for being upset , telling me that her stylists quit because of customers like me. I am besides myself and have never been talked to or treated like that by any manager. I will never ever step foot in that store again and will immediately cancel my credit card. Corporate needs to address their managers and perhaps give them some insight as to how to handle customers.
Desired outcome: An apology is the least expected.

6/26 they resent an order K255490775 after 1st being sent to wrong address. Which according to their tracking, I was supposed to receive July 3rd. I was checking it on a daily basis. Then it said the 5th, then the 6th and then the 7th. That is when I sent an email through their website asking what was going on with my package. Never received an answer back...

I am absolutely appalled at the service I have received on the Ulta Master Card. I called June 15th and said I wanted to pay my account IN FULL, to zero. Apparently it was in the midst of a new billing cycle and this was not conveyed to me. Unbeknownst to me, I had a new bill generate which I ignored as I thought it was due to waived interest/fees that had not yet posted. Then I incurred a late fee on said charges. I called to rebuke the charges and Your company reviewed the call and told me it was never "promised" that the account was paid to zero. I didn't realize I have to ask for a "promise" like we are kids. When I said I wanted to pay the account IN FULL, that is a no brainier. Disgusted that you refuse to forego those charges after all of the interest and finance charges you received from me. A bill of 47 dollars with ridiculous interest and late fee ended up costing me $108. seems like a ridiculous amount to lose a customer when you have made several times that amount off of me in interest and fees over the years.
Desired outcome: Closing account, customers are not valued.

I had to hold it shut to open the pump.Well don't know if it evaporated or what but nothing came out. Ulta provided me the incorrect information at the time of ordering. They said my order will arrive by May 22nd (both orders were placed on May 19th). They didn't mention that it is a timeframe or we need X number of days etc. I placed the order with that confidence. Now one of my orders is 1 day late and the other 4 days late. I will be traveling at this time and cannot be responsible for delivering these items. If Ulta had mentioned it is a timeframe I would not have ordered it.

Employee was rude and treated me like I didn’t belong.
An employee at ulta was rude and treated me like I didn’t belong stated “I am using this place” “there are plenty of mirrors along the store” after she hadn’t been at the same spot for a while.
This employee then proceeded to talk behind my back to a customer and to other employees. If this doesn’t get fixed I will sue for emotional distress.
