"Free and Clear" detergent got some harmful allergens in it. It's supposed to be for folks with allergies, but it's tricking them on purpose. The package don't say what's in it, but I found out online that the smell and chemicals ain't natural at all. They say it's "free and clear of UNNECESSARY stuff." I reckon they're using that word "unnecessary" to make it seem like it's safe, but it ain't.

In February 2023, I reached out to Fabuloso regarding two cleaner bottles that were recalled. I asked for a replacement or a coupon since I had already tossed the bottles. On 03/01/23, I got an email survey from Fabuloso asking about my experience with an email from ***. However, I never got an email from ***. I even checked my spam folder, but no email showed up.

Hey ***Palmolive, I gotta say, I gave your charcoal toothpaste a shot. But man, it ain't doing me no favors. My breath is straight-up stinkier in the mornings now. I even took some pics of the lot number for ya. Can you look into why this toothpaste is making my breath worse? And hey, if you could hook me up with a coupon for a different flavor of toothpaste, that'd be sweet. Thanks a bunch!

I use fleecy fabric softener fresh air regularly. I bought 2 bottles for *** each + tax not included. When I opened them and used it in my first load, I noticed that the consistency and texture were getting solid. I was worried, but still decided to give it a try because there was hardly any smell, which was strange. After the cycle was done, I checked and the softener didn't dissolve at all. The product was still there and it left a weird smell on my laundry after drying. I checked the other bottle and it's the same. I'm very disappointed.

On July 2nd, I got a confirmation for an order for an electric toothbrush from *** (attached). But now, *** is saying they can't do it and they canceled the order because they don't wanna pay for their own mistake. They said they would send me a *** Smart Electric Toothbrush, but today I got an email saying that *** canceled my order cause I asked them to (attached), which is a total lie cause I never asked. I want the toothbrush they promised, some money back, or a replacement that's worth the same ($99.95).

Me and my husband bought soft soap body wash, cologate toothpaste abd the dish soap. The soft soap is very sticky and doesn't clean your body good. The toothpaste doesn't really clean your teeth clean. The dish soap doesn't clean the dishes good. He paid $200.00 dollars for everything and we don't live at that location anymore where *** supercenter in *** and located on *** and *** and we had to move because our landlord wouldn't renew our lease. We want our money back or a replacement of all the stuff. And we are recovering from covid and I'm on oxygen. You guys should do your products better. Resolution, we want our money back because we are a disabled couple and we are on social security disability. Thank you.

The company done a recall for stuffs used in my crib. I've literally used these things for like a whole year. The bottle said it's powerful and safe for all kinds of surfaces, but that's just a bunch of lies to trick people into buying their stuff. I'm gonna take legal action and file a complaint with the big shots like the attorney general and the courts. I want them to compensate me or fix this big mistake that could actually harm my kids. I've been using this product in their room, bathroom, and kitchen where we prepare food for surfaces. I use it for home use, not for business, and I really rely on the company's promise that it's safe. A refund won't cut it, they need to do more.

I heard 'bout the Colgate Palmolive's Fabuloso Recall from Target's email on Feb 16, 2023. I tried to reach the company directly and wrote 'em a message on their website. After 1 week of not hearin' any response, I disposed of the 3 Large Bottles that I owned for fear of contamination. I subsequently tried to call 'em and when I did on Feb 24th; spoke with ***. Not only was *** with me explainin' that my bottles were NOT affected by the recall... He refused to address the fact that since I did not hear from Colgate Palmolive in more than a week I disposed of the product. When I asked 'bout potential reimbursement due to the lack of correspondence and the fact that I feared contamination... He abruptly said no and then hung up the phone on me. Wow! A Recall, and ZERO *** to go along with Hangin' up on me... Hence this complaint.

I bought the *** 360 Charcoal Sonic Powered Battery Toothbrush. I found replacement heads on Amazon, but I can't find more (specifically the charcoal-infused bristles). I bought this product because I could replace the battery and brush, which saves money and waste. I can find the whole thing at most stores. Even *** sells the battery-operated one on their site, but no replacement heads. *** has other "Sonic" toothbrushes with different heads, but no replacements. Your package says, "Working towards A Zero Waste Future." But if you make a product with replaceable brush heads, but don't make the replacements, won't people have to throw away the whole thing instead of just replacing the brush head? How does this help us move towards "...A Zero Waste Future?"

I recently heard about the recall of Fabuloso and started to wonder if it could be related to the respiratory issues I've been experiencing. I decided to call my doctor and explain the situation, and she advised me to go to Patient First. I followed her advice and discovered that I have ***. A few weeks ago, my son was also dealing with similar issues, and I had suggested that he go to Patient First as well. Today, when I went there myself, I reached out to *** to find out what steps to take next, considering that my son, grandson, and I have all been exposed to a recalled bottle of this product and have fallen ill with respiratory problems, as confirmed by doctors. I contacted Colgate-Palmolive to report these findings. After explaining the issues and asking about the next course of action, they abruptly hung up on me. Today, I was diagnosed with Bronchitis, and tomorrow I will be visiting my *** Care Physician so that she can determine the specific type of bacterial infection. I used the product to clean my kitchen, bathroom, and foyer, and the bottle I have is from the batch number and UPC that has been recalled. I was treated rudely and hung up on, despite their claims of standing by the recall and caring about their customers' well-being. I believe that my family has been harmed, and it seems like they simply didn't care.

I used SCRATCH FREE Ajax Powder Cleanser only one time on my new stainless steel kitchen sink, and it is now badly damaged with scratches.

The body wash i bought which is the Soft Soap Citrus Splash & Berries contains sweet almond oil. I am highly allergic to Tree nuts & peanuts. me thinking that it was only citrus & berries i thought i would be okay. I think it is very very wrong to not put any type of well known ingredient(s) on the front of the bottle. I could not breathe and almost went to the hospital, thankfully i acted fast. i had to miss work because of this.

I purchased the softsoap set from *** A week after using I broke out between my legs. I didn't know why and didn't think about the soap being the case because I had used it before. A couple weeks after using my neck, stomach and under my breast broke out with a rash that burnt so bad. So my husband told me not to use again that it could be the soap. I stop using and within a couple of days the rash started to clean up I contact the company and nothing but a coupon was told to be giving out. Do to the back rash I now have a black large area on my neck and between my breast.

This complaint is about an Elta MD product, a *** We have a mostly full, (only used once and the bottle leaked!), 7 oz. bottle Elta MD Sport sunscreen (normally priced at $51.00 plus tax, we received 20% off) bottle and an unopened bottle of the same product (we purchased a quantity of two) that we attempted to return for a refund, due to a known product defect in the 'airless' pump. I have contacted Elta MD about the product leaking out of the 'air hole' on the bottom of the pump and they acknowledged the issue. I have reviewed the 7 oz. product on Dermstore's website and on Elta MD's website. We are not the only ones to have this issue, another reviewer has uploaded a picture of the messy product w/ a defective pump. Elta MD acknowledges the issue but will not help us, informing us we need to work with *** and *** is refusing to help because the product was received in June. Neither company is providing a resolution in good faith, or is standing behind their products &/or products they sell. This is an unacceptable business practice, especially when dealing with known product defects.
