6/26 they resent an order K255490775 after 1st being sent to wrong address. Which according to their tracking, I was supposed to receive July 3rd. I was checking it on a daily basis. Then it said the 5th, then the 6th and then the 7th. That is when I sent an email through their website asking what was going on with my package. Never received an answer back until I got an email finally on July 19th stating that my package was delivered on July 6th. Howww..I was home off from work all day. I have a security system and no one ever came to my front door or mailbox to deliver anything. They said proof of delivery shows it delivered and can't do anything about it. My proof of delivery shows it was delivered on the 5th but again no package. I paid 225$ this is unacceptable and terrible service. Someone in transit stole my package.
